The way I see it, if the driver of the car wasn't so uptight about letting the SUV merge into traffic (when the SUV was clearly in front and the car actually had to speed up to block the SUV out), none of this would not have happened.
The SUV was the aggressor, but the car was the instigator (so the car got what he/she deserved IMO)
I bet next time, he doesn't speed up anymore whenever someone clearly in front of him needs to merge in. Some people need to learn the hard way...

Couldn't disagree more. The guy in the smaller car sped up to prevent the 4x4 from merging reasonably, and to gain what? Being one car length ahead for minute or two? Now THAT'S being douche. I despise tools like that. Typical short guy/little dick aggressive BS.

Both were in the wrong. Both had a choice to give up the spot.
But the fact the Lexus driver went all the way ahead of the line? Bad.
Waited and drove the emergency lane? Bad.
Splashed water deliberate onto the other car? Bad.
People always think of their own situations when they're driving. But the never think of the consequences of traffic and how they may react.

My friend likes to carry a bag of rubber balls and throw them at the stupid drivers that cause him road rage. (I don't condone this BTW) _________________ The most important shot in basketball.

Lol but it's the truth. Good thing to have several lawyers in the family and best friends with UCLA law class of 06's finest. I'd skin these (bleep) alive in the courtroom if MY car got damage because BOTH these clowns were acting like a pair of twats.
Like Mike said....BOTH of these idiots. An inconsiderate assbag and a douchebag perpetuating a stereotype about every SUV driving knuckledragging jackhole out there.
