There was a sequence in the game where Pau went over to Dwight to discuss a play and starting talking to him. Dwight's reaction (no eye contact, no acknowledgement) of totally ignoring what Pau said to him made my blood boil.

If you really want to know what the problem with the Lakers is...start with Dwight.

absolutely. That sticks out. When he is getting in his fights with players, refs, it's pretty much only MWP trying to stick up for him. No one else. There simply is no genuine concern.

I think the mods in general are overloaded after each loss, and with as hyped up of a season as this one, and with this being yet another string of losses, the team becomes a target, and in extension, the board.

It seems to me that some people here thinks that the mods are online 24/7 scanning the forum for insults against kobe. The mods aren't machines and they don't owe you anything. So be patient and give them time to bring order to this chaos. Meanwhile, just don't feed the trolls.

There was a sequence when Dwight fell on the offensive end of the court and NOBODY was there to pick him up. I think Nash went over much later almost as if he was thinking, "WTF, we don't pick up teammates off the ground on this team?"

I saw that too and thought. Dwight doesn't care. He's checked out. As we can see in Paul's post game interview. He wants to be here. Dwight doesn't and I really don't care either. We need him to attract other players though. I think he's quitting in the team already. He will say politically correct stuff post game though.

I predicted that Lakers fan would not like Dwight's demeanor. Now, you see, he is laughing when his team is losing. He just doesn't take winning seriously.

I noticed that too...I was like WTH!! Nash almost froze because he was shocked that Howard was still on the ground and ran from the three point line to help him up

Im sorry i love Kobe, but i gotta agree with this. He needs to take a look in the mirror and be willing to change. Cant go from plane to room and not come out till practice or game and expect to build a bond with the team.

Now Howard is the whipping boy. Idiot MD benched Gasol, now it's on Howard.

At the beginning of the year and press conference when Lakers got Howard, everyone can see that Howard was excited and wanted to be here.

We have a idiot coach who only likes to play 'small' ball. Worse, MD doesn't know how to manage egos of Alpha Dogs; thus, creating no team chemistry. Of course, Howard is going to bolt next year, quicker than you can say 'free agency'. Why should he stay? Can you blame him?
