We really need to show some patience with Smush and Sasha, because they steadily look to be getting more confidence. Sasha has been more consistent lately in that, but Smush is downright spectacular sometimes. A game changer.
These guys just might work out as our cheap 2-headed PG, and allow us to focus our efforts on improving the front court and getting a taller wing sniper. |

Wafer just gets all jacked up when he's out there. Once he calms down and stops pressing, he'll start smoking like he does in practice. It's all about finding that groove in the live action. He's really young, and the adrenaline is probably on overdrive when Phil puts him in. |

Phil never lets Kobe get his 50...I would think if Kobe was a little more selfish he could be no.2 all time in 50 pt games behind Wilt |

[Sarcasm on]That's because Kobe threatened to throw something else at Odom if he doesn't pretend to like him. [sarcasm off] |

I think the guy asked him what does he remember about the last time they met up, and he just said, "The L." |

That was a good answer by Smush.
(paraphrase)

Lakers played with some reason tonight.
You could tell they wanted this win, badly. Great game by almost everyone ... |

For the weak at comprehension and anybody who thinks Kobe is better not shooting so much, read my other starter thread since you insist on attacking even after I carefully explained the intent of my post in the game thread. |

Well, we won't go 12-12 between Kobe and Smush from behind the arc again, but we looked awesome, and I think we can replicate. Mihm needs to work on his his post game...he's excellent on the put backs, and the middle jumper, but his post moves are embarrassing. Still, Mihm looked good tonight. |
