LeBron # of championships as best player on the team: 2 (2012, 2013)

Kobe # of championships as best player on the team: 1 (2009)

Quote:
With this win. Lebron is leaving Kobe in the dust

Quote:
the rapist never won reg season mvp, finals mvp and championship in back to back years though. That kind of performance only comes from all time great caliber players

Update: Still being tagged in stupid "Lebron jaames fan club" pictures on facebook from lebron fans

Quote:
Kobe is one of the most overrated, media created superstars ever.

Quote:
I could score 50 points if I shot it 60 timss like Kobe and Carmelo! #TeamLBJ

Quote:
I'm not a Kobe fan, but I respect his game. I'm not a hater. This ain't numbers. This is hating on a man that had 5 rings and 81 points in a single game in the modern era.

Um Count them 1,2,3,4,5. Plus spurs were the much better team and should of won. LBJ has 3 less then Kobe.

So many problems:

Kobe won back to back finals MVP's 09-10

Kobe was best player on both of those teams.

Lebron still isn't in Kobe's territory when it comes to all-time status. Lebron is just cracking top 10, Kobe is right outside top 5. I still have MJ, Kobe, Magic, Shaq, Kareem, Duncan, Russel, Bird, Dream in front of him

Can't root for the Spurs. Can't do it. Just hate them too much. Let the Lebron honks have their day. He was amazing tonight.....He still only has two rings.

You Can't Root for the Spurs!!!

I knew that argument would come up, except that I didn't expect someone to say that Lebron surpassed Kobe already with that (Kobe wasn't the best player on his team in 2010? What?)

and lets not act like the Duncan 5 > Kobe 5 wouldn't be annoying too.

In 2010? Gasol has never been better than Kobe in the playoffs with the exception of this year, when Kobe was too injured to play in the playoffs.

Kobe was unconscience against the suns in the WCF. Kobe has been so great in the WCF but not as great in the Finals.

28, 8, and 4 in the Finals is great by any standard.

Duncan has never gotten anywhere near the hype that Lebron gets. Lebron was getting a ton of attention when he was still in high school.

They do? That's funny because Kobe was talked about as being the MVP even if the Lakers lost.

He was still good in the finals, he just had a bad game 7.

Yes, but I said not as great as the WCF. Kobe in those WCF against Phoenix was just awesome

I was just saying not as good as the WCF. And I was referring to his whole career, especially the 3-peat years. Kobe carried in the WCF, Shaq in the finals.
