Haha you didn't get the subtle jab.

I agree, Duncan in my opinion is still an elite defender.

Delfino is likely out for the season. This doesn't do anything for LAC as far as this season goes.

Ah. Gotcha. So it's a pure salary dump then (future Clips 1st going out).

Doc Rivers is a moron.

Dudley is a good player if you use him well.

Dump Barea on us for the small price of Dieng!

Gained Hawes, Farmar and Bullock probably will figure into the rotation.

Lost Collison. Dudley didn't play much last year and he looked pretty bad when he did.

I hate the Clips. But I think they have improved overall. Hawes will really help them with his stretch-big abilities.

Ok. so what their depth at sg/sf position? or pg with a injury prone farmar?

Reddick and Jamal Crawford at SG is pretty solid. At SF Matt Barnes is serviceable and I imagine Bullock will get backup minutes. They are thin at point guard, but I don't think Farmar will be injured because CP3 will be playing the majority of the minutes anyway. The thing is they downgraded a little in the backcourt and upgraded a lot in the front court, so I think that's a wash.

That's their weakness obviously. But I think you'll see Bullock play in the rotation at the SF spot, and you have Reddick/Crawford at the SG spot. Of course Farmar is injury prone, but you can't have a perfect team on paper.

Delfino and Raduljica both have fully unguaranteed 2015-16 salaries (possible dump).
Dudley’s contract is fully guaranteed (early termination option).

One big difference. Mitch's mentor and predecessor isn't in the FO of Phoenix. The Logo likely "pulled some strings" in Memphis to make that Pau trade happen.
Jerry West might be able to convince other GS management to give us a good price on Klay Thompson though. But it would help if Golden State under-performs this season.

He wasn't when we made the Gasols trade either.

More like 2nd round exit because they will still win the division, and they will add pieces at the trading and wavier wire deadlines. Also they are clearing cap space to resigm deandre jordan to a big contract next summer.

Bledsoe needs to fire his agent. He's about to lose a lot of money if his knees get hurt again. Take what Phx reportedly offered.

But if his knees don't get hurt again then he is going to make more money on a team of his choice.

Horrible risk/reward ratio. Lots of rookies are stuck on teams they don't like because of the CBA. you don't walk away from $48m so you can get $52m (and no team is paying him the max since they are watching to see if how body holds up).
