He can be a much older and less animated version of Sacre. I see no chance of him making the team.

This dude player in the Venezuela league recently, he's pretty much done. Basically in camp to drill the starters...

I hope he could at least get some of Jordan Hill's minutes. Low risk high reward type of player.

birdman is athletic and active. Gadzuric is less athletic and less active than,Sacre.

now, if Sacre lost 15 pounds & worked extra hard in the wieghtroom to add 2 inches to his verticle - then Sacre could potentially be our Birdman

We've loaded up on players for camp. No reason to believe he'll make the team over younger guys, hey but crap happens..

I'll never forgive him for changing the pronunciation of his last name from Gadzurik, to Gadzureech. Unforgivable

IMO, Dan Gadzuric is only slightly better then Travis Knight, but make no mistake about it, Gadzuric is gonna go back to Venezula and start mopping the floors once he gets cut in the first day of training-camp.

Dan Gadzuric has all the grand potential of a 35-year-old 7-footer who has never shot above 44% in the NBA this decade.

I'd say his chance of making the team is 1 out of 20. If he makes the team, I predict he will play 30 games and average 2 ppg and 2 rbg.

Not our Birdman. His goal is to be a poor man's Sacre.

Are you comparing Nick Young/Wes Johnson/Farmar/Kaman to the useless breeds who are gonna get cut in training-camp?

He could be our version of the Magic Man, with a slightly less accurate aim...

I think the OP hasn't seen Gadzuric play, at least not recently. He is not the guy he was twelve years ago; even then he was a 12ppg and 8rpg guy for UCLA, even with that great body.

He's slowed since, badly too. He needs a lot of time to gather himself for jumps and direction changes. Worse, his game hasn't grown skill-wise. Never had much feel for action and never showed much passion for the game at all.

There's a reason he's logged only 16 game appearances in the past two seasons. He's 35 and not good enough to be a third string NBA center anymore.

well not the younger gadzuric. he had a very high motor. he wasnt the best post player. but he was VERY active.

^^The guy has always been very active. not much more but active. and still a better player then Sacre.
