3 runs in 2 games is pathetic. come on guys start hitting. This reminds me of the beg of last year. Same crap, pitching rock solid, hitting? pathetic.

League in the game and first batter gets a hit. lol

DP, im shocked. nice play by gordon

another loss to the Giants, 9 out of the last 11 games. ITs like the Giants are the only ones that know that its a rivalry. Dodgers dont seem to care.

This team needs Kersh back badly. Not just for his starts, but also his leadership and stability.

What they need to do is start hitting, they dont need Kershaw back for leadership, there are plenty of vets in that line up. They just need to start hitting.

Mattingly needs to stop with playing Ethier as well. He brings nothing to the table anymore. He's like 0 for his last 12 maybe?

My bad he got a hit in today's game. I must have been eating dinner when he got that hit, he's batting .220

What a coincidence - We put out our worse pitchers, in Beckett and Maholm, and they actually do great, but our offense (bleep) the bed. Stop front running against Arizona by 200 runs if you're just going to lose to SF by 1 run. We literally need our pitching staff to completely shutout SF if we want to win.

No kidding. Can't expect the team to win if we put up like 1-2 runs on the board. That puts a lot of stress on the pitching staff.

Two considerations. The Giants are a good team and they are playing well right now; and their home field is quite the pitchers paradise, being 24th in Park Factor so far this year, with a limited sample size, and was 27th last year.

Ethier needs to be gone, not benched. He has an aura of assness that infects the club. Same with League. Eat the money and trade them and get some good young prospects to learn the game. Dodgers have enough vets on the team, bringing in some young talent would be a nice balance.

I don't know how they will resolve this four outfielder situation. I'd hope they take the best offer, but they must do something. They have SVS on the bench and Pederson knocking the snot out of the ball in that thin air. (Oh, and Zach brought it last night). Outfielders are not pitching staffs: They don't work in a rotation.

It wouldn't surprise me if this outfielder rotation crap is part of their hitting woes.

like leor_77 stated, the doyers are scoring runs now that we have one of our best pitchers out there.

Way to work the count, Kemp.

Besides his 3 homers, he has 3 other hits for the entire season. He's like a worse Adam Dunn, but at least Dunn walks.

Comical. AGon leads off with a double and we still manage to hit into a double play.
