Saw it last night and loved it. Chris Evans seems to play Cap better with each movie. His and ScarJo's chemistry is great(funny how she's developing a Stark-esque sense of humor).
Spoiler: Quote: | The fact that Nick Fury's tombstone read, "The path of the righteous man..." is one of the greatest things I've seen. I wanted to yell when I saw it "that is (bleeping) awesome!" |

Seeing this tommorow! Can't wait! Also for those who watch Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, the movie apparently reveals who the Clairvoyant is too. |

I don't want to get excited because of all the positive reviews. I have my doubts seeing as the phase 2 films seem split and the 1st Cap film I thought was just okay.
Going in with no expectations. |
UPDATE: Just came out of the theater 20 mins ago.
First, I am so sorry for having just doubted you Captain America because...
Captain America is probably now my favorite modern superhero.
(glances over to username, is "Steve Rogers" available?)
I don't think I should even consider this film a comic book film. It's an action film basically the Bourne Identity starring Captain America.
Stay after the end of the credits, there are 2 of them.
I cannot wait for Avengers 2. |

Loved it. Enjoyed this Marvel film the most since Avengers. If only they could have delivered this well with Iron Man 3.
Since Avengers, I'd rank the latest Marvel films (In the Avengers series):
1. Captain America 2
2. Thor 2
3. Iron Man 3
A shame the Wolverine series hasn't followed suit. |

I'm interested to see where the show Shield goes from here. Very good movie. It's definitely the best Marvel movies since the Avengers... probably the best recent Marvel movie behind Iron Man 1 and the Avengers. _________________ LakersGround's Terms of Service

Just came back from the theater. What an amazing movie. Love it and I wish I stayed at the end of the credits. Anyone want to tell us what it is about? |

Movie was predictable. It was alright. Usually people at the theater clap at the end when its a good movie, didn't happen this time. I heard a lot of people with positive and negative feedback while walking out. Just another popcorn film. |

Great movie!
Best fight choreography for any superhero film including Batman who's not even close.
Nothing like the first CA film, this one was dark.
Marvel Universe is now changed. _________________ |

My whole theater clapped at the end.
I went from having doubts, to now considering it one of the best superhero movie along the lines of Iron Man, Spider-man 2, The Dark Knight. |

It was a great action flick. Highly recommended. The scenes of of the carriers are great.
Chris Evans made a very likable hero that audiences root for. Not much jokes in this one. Black widow character, Scarlett made her hot. She can interrogate me with her devious ways anytime. Oops wrong thread.. _________________ The journey to 17 begins... |

It's a big hit, going to set April record and make 90-100 m domestic.
On top of the 100m world wide.
We'll deserved. _________________ The journey to 17 begins... |

I actually loved the first since I appreciated the retro classic WW2 feel of the movie. Felt very much like underrated The Rocketeer and Raiders of the Lost Ark (not a coincidence considering Joe Johnston was involved in both). The only thing I didn't like was that Marvel pretty much made it nothing more than a tie-in to the Avengers movie when it could've had much more merit as a standalone.
This one though, can qualify for that. Different feel for a different era but still top-notch in my book. _________________ http://media.giphy.com/media/zNyBPu5hEFpu/giphy.gif
