I like him but I'm not sure if he is the scorer the Lakers need, but he sure would look nice next to Greg Monroe.

Do you think he pays more like Faired or Griffin?

this dude rolling to the basket in Antonio system. BOOM

Edit: I have little doubts that if the oportunity to draft this guy presents itself to the Lakers and if D'Antoni has any saying in that choice, that he's indeed our guy. Cause it may happen, Exum is not realistic but this dude may be on board for the 10th pick or so. Or maybe we'll choose Adreian Payne

The problem with "athletic clay" guys is that every once in a while you get a Blake Griffin, but nine times out of ten you get an Anthony Randolph.

Disagree. It's definitely not 9 times out of 10. Gerald Wallace, Travis Outlaw, Andrew Bynum, Andre Drummond, Dwight Howard, Kawhi Leonard, and a few others would like to have a word with you.

Wesley Johnson isn't doing that bad this year.

Athletic Clay:

Chris Walker: kid runs the floor like a mad man

Kuran Iverson: 6'9 PG/SG/SF first vid is of him as a soph. You can see his mind boggling skills

Chris Walker is definitely athletic clay, but he's aggressive in a Stoudemire like way, yet has a Chris Webber-ish type of body/athleticism. He flat out seems to hang in the air longer and bounces off his feet well.

I like Iverson's base set of ball-handling abilities. Not as explosive as Walker, but there's a LOT to be said of a 6'9" player that can change directions, even if he's not as quick or as fast as someone like, McGrady.

I don't mind athletic clay, as long as they're aggressive to the basket, don't get too out of control, and have some degree of ball-handling abilities.

A player's talent can go for with just those elements.

I dont mind going this direction at all if we don't have a high pick. I would rather have a supertalented point guard but it seems there aren't too many of them on 2014 draft
