Here are the guys who have been warned and/or fined for flopping this season. I am including my grade for technical merit and artistic impression. All of these are first offenses, so just a warning:

John Wall: C

Half-hearted effort. I would score it lower, but there is something ironic about John acting like he ran into a Wall.

http://www.nba.com/video/channels/nba_tv/2013/10/31/20131031-john-wall-flop.nba/index.html

Kevin Love: C+

Half hearted, but at least he throws himself to the floor with gusto.

http://www.nba.com/video/channels/originals/2013/11/04/20131104-kevin-love-warning.nba/index.html

Corey Brewer: C+

It doesn't look real, but the leg kick makes it amusing to watch.

http://www.nba.com/video/channels/originals/2013/11/04/20131104-brewer-warning.nba/index.html

Patty Mills: D

He phoned it in. He'd never cut it in soccer.

http://www.nba.com/video/channels/originals/2013/11/04/20131104-mills-warning.nba/index.html

Zaza Pachulia: A-

Now here's a real pro. He gets the call, and he makes it look good enough that Bucks' fans (if there are any) would probably argue that it was legit.

http://www.nba.com/video/channels/originals/2013/11/04/20131104-pachulia-warning.nba/index.html

James Harden: A+

Now here is a fine piece of work. Look at the head snap. Look at him grab his face. And he gets the call. A million European soccer fans are ready to sign him up.

Harden's was a masterpiece. Truly one of the greatest floppers to ever play the game.

Iman Shumpert: A

This is a fine piece of work, and he got the call. It would have been an A+ if he grabbed his face.

All that's left is for him to carry a blade and slice his forehead for some blood.

I like this thread. Let's continuously update it throughout the season.

Harden again, this time with a $5000 fine:

Hmm. I give that a B+. It's a pretty weak acting job, but it looks like he did get the call.

Who is going to take the crown this year???

I'd bet money on the defending 3-Peat Flop Champion, CP3.

Yeah, Ginobili has one foot in the grave. The crown is up for grabs.

Adjust for minutes played, and I'll take Ginobili's FPM against anybody.

Whoa. Ginobli ain't dead yet. He says if anyone wants to take his crown, they'll have to wrestle it from his cold dead hands.

True although the new generation has taken it up a notch in terms of theatrics.

This is world class flopping here. Paul's patented helicopter flop.

NEW FLOP ALERT!!!!

CP3 flops a few times last night vs the twovles

This one took the cake and came at the end of the game which was close. CP3 got free throws for the act:

Chris Paul: B

Sort of a lame effort, but he did get the call.

Anderson Varejao: C+

Nice gymnastics, but he didn't get the call. Come on, you can sell it better than that.

These flops can't hold a candle to cp3's whirly bird special. That was really a virtuoso performance

I believe there's a special name for that one....the "heliflopter"

I'm sorry, but I just can't give respect to a guy's game when he flops like that. It's not like he's not talented...why does he need to flop?
