no explanation, no name calling, just an honest discussion with the forum being being 50/50 on the issue. i personally thought it was a great thread to hear both sides of the argument. can it be reopened?

I read through the last several dozen of your posts and they all basically say the same thing: the team is better without Kobe, Kobe's a ball stopper, Kobe's iso is ruining the team, etc etc. But that wasn't enough and you needed to make a thread to call further attention to your opinion. You got 5 pages of discussion and feedback. The lock was for body of work.

Now if you had started a thread entitled: "Let's compare how the team played with and without Kobe" and you offered some analysis in your initial post beyond "The team is better without Kobe: Would you agree?" then that would be judged differently and more likely left open to discussion.

There's a reason why people perceived you were trolling. When 90% of your posts essentially repeat the same complaint over and over it's considered one-note posting or trolling. Maybe that wasn't your intention, but that was the effect.

what difference does it make if people think im trolling when half the people in the thread agree? coming here stating my basketball opinion on kobe isn't called trolling, its called an opinion. trolling would be if i came here claiming lebron was better than kobe. by the way, i offered my analysis, the record is all you need for that. and what difference does it make what the thread title was? the entire thread was full of analysis from several posters.....

its ok ill just create it again using your recommended thread title and offer some additional analysis since you seem to approve of it.

I don't think you understand how a moderated message forum works.
