they certainly should be ranked above MSU who they trounced. |

Jameis Winston may be a knucklehead off the field, on the field he was a brainiac.....to the Raiders or the Rams??? |

FSU vs Notre Dame was a great game. Everett Golson is going to make the pros. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

I didn't expect ND to win but the way they lost really bugs me so much. They were great until you know the end.
Argh?!

I'm probably in the minority, I was pulling for FSU.
Jameis Winston is anal retentive but the team as a whole will have something to remember if they go undefeated. All are not going to the pros, a undefeated season will be a memory they can cherish forever.
As for Winston, I want to see him grow up, make it to the pros, see what he can do.
Watching him on the field yesterday was exciting. He can ball. His arm strength is well above average, it's great. His decision making demonstrates he has what it takes.
Jameis, listen to Bo, Bo Knows!!! _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Quote: | Jameis Winston expected to enter NFL Draft, but won't drop out of FSU
Some have suggested that Florida State star quarterback Jameis Winston might drop out of school as a way to avoid the institution's investigation into prior sexual assault charges brought against him, as well as an inquiry into whether he violated NCAA rules for being compensated for autographs, but several sources close to him said that is in no way a consideration.
Winston intends to fight vigilantly to maintain his innocence in both instances, however, given the current state of his relationship with the upper reaches of FSU, it has become a certainty he will declare for the NFL Draft. Winston led the Seminoles to a wild win vs. Notre Dame Saturday night to preserve their national title hopes.
These same sources said a few weeks back that Winston was torn as to his future, pointing to how much he loved playing football and baseball in college, and at that time they suggested that only if the team was still undefeated deep into the season and Winston having a superb season would he leave. Now, however, in the face of the multiple investigations into him, and what has become an adversarial relationship with school officials (excluding coach Jimbo Fisher and key members of the athletic department) it is virtually certain Winston is declaring no matter what happens in the second half of the season.
Fisher has faced pressure from above to further suspended Winston (he missed a game earlier this season after shouting an obscenity on campus), but has steadfastly resisted, sources said, with Winston adamant he did not accept money in exchange for autographs. No charges were pressed regarding the allegations made against him by a fellow student and Winston has denied any wrongdoing regarding that as well.
“There is no upside in waiting to go the NFL now, after all of this,” one source said.
Despite all that's swirling around him, Winston could still well end up being a top 10 pick. |

I don't think so. Baseball is a harder nut to crack. He could get stuck in the minors. If he plays football he'll know whether or not he made the team right away.
What do you think Everett Golson chances are of making the pros. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

So that means that they're going to give up a running TD to lose the national championship too? |

I guess the playoff committee got it right for now. SEC teams are going to eat each other throughout the season, so the rankings will change regardless.
I'm glad to see they put ND where they belong. Some talking heads were giving them too much credit for the close FSU loss while not taking into account their lack of a quality win and that they almost lost to a bad NC team at home. |

It's just a matter of time before they put the power 5 confrence champions in, with 3 wildcard teams. The big 12 needs a championship game too. They need to add 2 teams, or get the NCAA to change rule. |

Notre Dame
They always seem to go flat after the Navy game.
Oh well at least we won't have any controversy with them this season. |
