We need more guys who buy into Coach Mike's offense. For starters, get rid of Gasol, Kamen, and Hill as they don't know what they're supposed to be doing out there. |
I GOT A BETTER IDEA; GET RID OF THE COACH! |
Tired of looking at his stupid face, had to switch to lays. Hopefully he refers to Collins as "The gay guy" and gets fired tonght |

13 pages
It sets a new (non-downtime) LG record since the 14 page record set on 2/7 vs 76ers. The downtime record is 4 pages. |

STARTING A 4 GUARD LINE-UP KILLED US EARLY & WE NEVER RECOVERED.
MDA IS SILLY TO THINK THAT LINE-UP WOULD WORK.
HILL SHOULD HAVE STARTED AT PF. ...SMH

Coach Mike has been great with players that know their place. He was hampered by some malcontents, Shaq and Melo, who did not fit in. They sabotaged what was an excellent coaching career. |

This is true, but he barely plays Hill anyway?! Hill should have been the starting PF all year, but noooooooo, not in MDA's house?!
The Johnson at 4 experiment was/is somewhat worth it because of his athleticism AND if he picks up his rebounding, but he was pretty ineffective tonight. That's my issue with Wes, he' so damn inconsistent. Lately he's been on a bit of a surge, but then bam! next to nothing tonight.... |

Darn it. Now D-Will is 1-18 at Staples. It's the small things like this that make being a Laker fan so great; we've dominated for so long and this season, we're giving up so many of these little records. |

In all fairness to Wes, he is not a 4 by any stretch of the imagination. He is an athletic 3 or 2. |

I mean, it couldn't be that the old Phoenix Suns thrived in spite of Coach Mike, and all the conflict, distraction, inconsistency that came about later on in Phoenix and NY, are now the new normal in LA, right? |

different time, circumstances and more importantly, different personnel. its quite obvious that he does not have the type of players or talent to fit his system. |

Time to watch some more basketball!
Damn, Kobe just irritated that torn labrum in his shoulder with a monstrous up-and-under dunk.

My fault. I was eating dinner with a friend instead of watching and flooding the game thread today, and only just finished the game via DVR. Sigh, too little, too late. |

I can't remember but it had nothing to do with the game or opponent, LG was down and no one could post during the game. |

The Nets were laughing at the undrafted Bazemore's fruitless attempts at playing defense and his 2 turnovers in the first 5 minutes of the game provided the Nets all the momentum they needed as Brooklyn took an early 9-3 lead over the Lakers in the first and never looked back.
The only two players to have a positive impact in +/- ratio were Jordan Farmar and MarShon Brooks. Lakers were +3 over the Nets when they were on the court. Brooks was also the Lakers' +/- leader in the win over Boston with a +21 impact. |
