entertaining, fun games. results don't matter. |
except we need the ping pong balls. |
I agree, but the Lakers front office doesn't. Listen to the company man(John Ireland,) this team doesn't value picks like the fans. They see the draft as a crap shoot. |
The Lakers aren't trying any harder to win games than the other cellar teams. |
The players on the other teams aren't trying to lose, but other front offices don't care if they don't win. The Lakers want to finish strong. |
Based on what? There doesn't seem to be any rush to bring Kobe back. They traded away their most consistent player. They were playing games with like 6 or 7 able bodies a week or two ago. |
They traded Blake for two young guys who can be part of the future. If they truly wanted to tank, they could have dumped Pau for Okafor's or Bynum's contract. |
The future if defense and team play isn't part of the game. Bazemore and Brooks aren't near what Blake was. |
i doubt either of them are on the roster next year, especially swaggy baze. |

This was a fun game and a exciting win... we can at least hope we play with this kind of effort in the next 6 weeks, even if the better teams win against us.

We shot 70% from 3 compared to 33% for the Kings, and still just barely won.
We got outrebounded 31 to 44. |

I turned on the game at beginning of fourth, Jodie Meek's is having a career game & doesn't play one second in the fourth quarter, another MDA knuclehead move playing same players basically in fourth once again, this time they win, but BLOW another chance at getting more ping pong balls!!!
MDA & Pau can leave A.S.A.P.

Mike Trudell @LakersReporter
Final: Lakers 126, Kings 122. LAL shot 60% FG's & 19 of 27 on 3's (70.4%). Farmar finished w/a career-high 30P, plus 7A off the bench.
Farmar did the @TWCSportsNet on court interview after dropping his new career high 30 points on 9 of 14 FG's, 8 of 10 from 3. _________________ Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass,it's learning how to dance in the rain.... |

Honestly, that may have been more fun to me than the Clippers opening game win. Probably not more fun than Blake over Coward, though.
But as a style, that game was most fun of the year for me. Like Showtime (without the defense). |

People actually believe Ireland crap?
The organization wants to tank but it cent come out and say it. Ireland just playing the part.
Even Ramona hinted that mda might have been asked to use these remaining games as "scouting"....
This is a horrible win
We need to suck. What? Is if going to embarrass the franchise if they lose??? Lol please. Were past that |
