Ok, color me stupid maybe...so with this news about Exum forcing himself to us, let's say we get the #1 pick and go with Wiggins. And somebody like Cleveland or somebody ends up picking him and he tells them he'll only play for the Lakers. Can we sign and trade Pau for him? Or whom would we have to trade in order for us to make something like that happen? _________________ http://i383.photobucket.com/albums/oo278/InnocenceIsKey/3628030654_e9f0a77689_o.jpg |

I doubt that happens, because the Cavs would pick around 9/10. But let's say we win the number 1 pick and choose Emblid, and a team like Philly is willing to trade Noel, plus a draft pick and say they are picking or not Noel and their top 2 picks just to get the number 1. We could end up having say Exum and another top 10/11 pick for simply the number 1. Maybe they don't trade Noel, but maybe Thad Young and a Top pick. Many possible scenarios when u hold the number 1 overall pick!
I think it's less likely to happen with Cleveland because they don't currently have a high enough pick for us to consider. Philly and Orlando are the only teams in that position, but Orland doesn't have anything to offer. But to answer your question, if we got the top pick we could get two players in the draft, Exum wouldn't have to force it! |

nah. nothing like that will happen. At most, teAms will be nervous about picking him so drop to where the Lakers are drafting and we'll get him.but if some team draft him he's not going to hold out. And no team is going to be blackmailed into trading him cheaply. |

I would like to see how much courage he has to hold out? |
