Looks sweet. Count me in.

The McConaissance continues. I'm a certified fanboy after watching True Detective.

Add in Chris Nolan and a sci/fi space travel plot?

That's just having a bad audio engineer. There is something called a De-esser that removes that. Laughable for such a big budget film (or so I'd imagine.

Still very much looking forward to this.

Matthew McConaughey
Anne Hathaway
Jessica Chastain
Ellen Burstyn
Michael Caine
Matt Damon
John Lithgow

Lotta Oscar nominations and wins in this crowd. Nolan can do no wrong as a director (just wish he'd boot Michael Bay-wannabe Snyder to the curb on the Superman saga).

Saw the second trailer last night before Godzilla. Gives a better look at what the movie will be about.

Going to be interesting...movies about space travel are usually pretty hard to execute correctly because you have people questioning how accurate it is to the scientific reality.

Anyone else thing the spaceship he's using is similar to the one Obi-Wan used in Episode III? A ship in the center of a big ring.

Believe there will be some back and forth across a timeline here.

I don't think I can sit and listen to McConaughey drone on for two hours. Maybe the next trailer will flesh it out a bit.

Yeah. I'm pretty sure Jessica Chastain and Casey Affleck are McConaughey's kids.

Leaving the solar system, finding another one, and coming back?

A whole lot of things have to change in our technology to be able to do that kind of ish. Seems like I'd have to suspend too much of my disbelief to actually enjoy this movie.

Christian Bale should have been in this movie vs. McConaughey.

Bale angry that he wasn't in Nolan's INCEPTION:

I'm in. I was going to bring this up in the Godzilla thread just because of the trailer shown beforehand. Yeah, like most people said, this looks like a must see.

About a 99% chance it gets away from them.

Here's hoping it doesn't.

Heaven forbid a science fiction film asks us to suspend our disbelief.

Yeah, like Godzilla, Xmen, Avengers, Spiderman, etc. etc. are so based in scientific fact.
