I do know this, if Pacers win tomorrow, they will clinch the regular season series by a whopping 3-1. It will be a big psychological blow to the Heat.

If Pacers lose tomorrow it's no big deal, but they will continue to be in their "epic downward spiral" as the media would exaggerate.

So if the defending champs lose, it's a big psychological blow, but if the unproven Pacers lose, it's no big deal? Good to know!

Yes, because Indiana already beat Miami twice this season. They protected home court.

What the (bleep)?
Why the (bleep) would you think that?
And no, Indiana isn't the (bleep) evil one in this (bleep) thread title.

The Heat should win this but the Pacers always play their asses off against Miami, tough call. I still think the Heat will win

Why yes they did Steve. And what a psychological blow that was to Miami!

Must have been, they nearly lost a series to a team won 17 less games than them. 17!

Because I am from Illinois and Indiana is evil. No doubt I will be cheering for the Heat if they match up.

Man Wade is missing a ton of games. I wonder how many games he will play in the playoffs, and how effective he will be when he plays. Resting him in the first or second round could be pretty risky because Miami is really struggling right now.

Actually I think Jeggs made a really good point about Miami. Indiana matches up well with them. I don't think Miami struggled with them because they lost the season series. Miami just has a hard time with George, Hibbert, West, etc.

I do think winning the season series can give a team a mental edge, but Miami knows they have beaten the Pacers in the playoffs the last two years. I also wonder if Miami thinks it can flip the switch come playoff time. But maybe not if they're too banged up.

Heat up 21 without DWade? Yeah it doesn't look like the Pacers are going to be much of a threat in the playoffs unfortunately. If they can't get up for Miami anymore, which they always do, chances are that the ON/OFF switch has permanently shifted to off!

And they just sat out the last game to rest up too? Yikes.

Roy Hibbert 1 point and zero boards by half

Those are horrific numbers. I think I saw Ray Allen box him out...Ray 'Literally Dennis Rodman' Allen.

Hibbert sucks. I didn't understand why he got his huge contract, I understand it even less now. He seemed to be a mediocre post player, a terrible rebounder, and a decent shot blocker, hardly worth near max money. And he's regressed since then, badly.

Roy Hibbert 5 pts, 1 reb... reminds you of LO-like big game disappearance. if he's gonna pout and pout, he needs to put up... or shut up.

I think Roy is done...stick a fork in him. The Pacers at this point, have zero chance of making it past the 1st round.

They double teamed him the whole game, but allowed Lebron to go one on one. That was a coaching mistake and just bad defensive schemes by Vogel. When a guy was as hot as Lebron, you double team.

Every team goes through slumps, I fully expect Indiana to make it to the ECF and face either Miami or Brooklyn.

Hopefully Miami though cause Brooklyn would get swept by whoever makes it out West and i wanna see another entertaining Finals.

I disagree, I think it's going to be Bobcats and Miami in the ECF.

Nice reverse jinx, lol . Indiana is going to beat anybody in the East outside of Miami. As far as Miami is concerned...still think Indiana has a good chance.

Hibbert needs to get his head out of his ass though.

I respectfully disagree. I like Charlotte, I think Kemba has a good upside and Al Jefferson is an all NBA caliber center. They are a good defensive team and no longer a league wide joke.

That being said the games are usually won by the best team with the best player. That's Indiana even with their slump. Your man Paul George will take them in 5 or 6.
