The report continues to say that the woman felt light headed and went to a bedroom where she was later joined by Kaepernick, 26, with whom she had a sexual relationship in the past. Kaepernick then left the bedroom. The two did not have sex, she said in the report. The report says that Patton, 23, and Lockette, 27, peeked inside the bedroom and that the woman yelled at them to get out.

According to the report, the woman does not remember anything about the night after that. She woke up in a hospital bed the following morning not knowing how she got there. The woman, whose name is redacted, reported the incident to police on April 3.

And yet, if you ask your average American which league is the "thug" league, they'll say it's the NBA. Even if this particular incident turns into nothing significant, it's amazing how the NFL is able to maintain a positive image considering how much negative news surrounds it.

Only racists say the NBA is more thug due to the amount of black guys in the league.

I'm keeping an open mind here since it seems odd he's accused of such a thing I mean its not as if I'm a fan or anything I find him annoying most of the time but there were never any rumors about this sort of thing.

That being said it will get a lot of coverage.

Change the misleading thread title...he's not being investigated for sexual assault.

TMZ decided to jump the gun before reading the actual incident report.

If that's the case 67% of the NFL is Black. Can it also be called a "thug" league? Richard Sherman's comment has given some a platform.

But 78% of the NBA is African-American, Afro-European or African.

And a large portion of the 4% Latino is actually Afro-Latino.

Plus a large percentage of the "Face of the Franchise" in the NFL are white Quarterbacks. It is like having a dozen Larry Birds in the league at all times.

So the public perception is that the NFL is a much "whiter" league than the NBA.

Not sure where you get felony, if anything, TMZ should be shackled and taken to the rack. Investigated for sexual assault when no sexual assault took place? Mass suicide amongst the media would be a good thing. I would love to see Kaepernick sue the hell out of TMZ.

QB's are usually the face and most are Caucasian. But percent of players say otherwise. 70% are Black.

Yup this whole thing is a whole lot of nothing.

The media is completely out of control. They can ruin reputations like this at a drop of a hat.

Kap should ask Kobe who he uses for his PR crew. He's going to need that with the vultures circling the way they are.

Some drugged up woman who doesn't remember (bleep) wakes up high at the hospital and then accuses someone of sexaul assault and admits to NOT having sex. That's as bogus as it gets. I'm tired of all these money hungry mongers. If her name is anonymous at this junction and the players should be also protected. As far as I'm concerned they are already running this story, then the girl's name should be revealed as well.

its the perception.
if the guys that are some of the main stars and leaders of the teams(QB's) are white. its like having 12 larry birds in the nba all at once, even though the rest of the nba is black.
it SEEMS as if the league is a be more white.

and i think you knew exactly what he meant but as usual you tried to play like you didnt. back to the point. only racists think that about the nba.

dont ask the "average" america which league is more of a thug league. since both leagues are primarly black. ask random black people what they think. and i guarantee you they will point the finger at the NFL.

Relating to "thug" league, I'm Black and don't think either is "thug." Which do you think is and why?

Kaepernick Allegedly Sent Woman to Hospital Because She Drank Too Much

BSO has received information from three independent sources about what may have happened on the night of Colin Kaepernick’s suspicious incident. It might explain one huge missing piece of the puzzle. Here is the information and you can decide if you believe it or not.

The big question in the Colin Kaepernick “suspicious incident” case is how did the young woman get from being passed out in an apartment to the hospital.

According to sources the answer is pretty simple, Kaepernick and the other two NFL players called an ambulance for her. The reason they did that was because they became concerned after she passed out and they couldn’t wake her up.

Even though no names are given this was confirmed by police.

“At 12:32, Miami Fire Rescue was dispatched to the Viceroy and transported a 25-year-old female from the Viceroy to the Jackson Memorial Hospital emergency room,” Miami Fire Lt. Ignatius Carroll said.

The police report clearly states that the woman was drinking and doing some sort of drugs. She doesn’t remember anything after Kaepernick left her naked in the bedroom and the two other players peaked in. According to our sources, the reason Kaepernick didn’t have sex with her was because she was too drunk and didn’t want to sleep with someone who was virtually passed out.

That would be ironic if true, because he was trying to avoid the type of accusations that he is currently being accused of.

The only question then becomes were the players being good samaritans or did they do something to her that made them panic and call an ambulance.

If they were simply trying to do the right thing and make sure the woman was ok, it is unfortunate their names are being dragged through the mud, if it was something else, I guess we will have to wait and find out.
