As the Lakers plunge into irrelevance albeit for only a short time I hope, I can't help but feel that this is probably one of the most exciting post seasons we have seen in a while. A lot of great match ups I am looking forward to.
But....
As I watch these games, I can't help but think that in some dark, hidden, underground dungeon training grounds, high in the Kangchenjunga mountains, is Kobe Bean Bryant...where he starts his rigorous training routine so that he can exact vengeance on all these teams next season. Black Mamba will Return. You all have been warned. |

| I'm excited about one playoff game, the one we will be attached to the lottery on May 20th. I'm not a hater, I'll respect the finals and the NBA but I can't be excited about the playoffs themselves when the Lakers aren't in it. |

Same here. I'm more excited for May 20th than anything, but I still love playoff basketball and will probably watch most, if not all, of the games. |

| Although I will acknowledge if they do it but, I am watching the playoffs and rooting for anyone playing Miami. I just don't want them to tie what L.A. did with three straight titles. I mean just going to 4 straight finals is good as it is. But winning 3 straight puts them, and mostly Lebron into elite sole territory...and with the opportunity to win 4 straight, and vault ahead of what L.A. or the Bulls did, So...GO CHARLOTTE!!! |

I'm excited for the playoffs because I love basketball.
Plus there are some teams that aren't usually there so i'm interested to see how they do and see if any of these younger players can turn into a star like Steph Curry did last year in the playoffs

I'm still recovering from last season's game 6 in the finals... where my 2nd favorite team in the NBA (whoever is playing Miami's 3some) totally freaking blew it...
Hopefully one of my second favorite teams, can tackle the 3 amigos this season... so I don't have to see Bosh do unspeakable things to any more champagne bottles.

I love basketball, and playoff basketball is always a joy to watch. I'll definitely tune into almost every game, hoping the Warriors are able to upset the Clippers mostly. Almost as much as I would like to see Portland take out the Rockets, or the Nets take out the Heat in the second round.  |

I am looking forward to the playoffs, the matchups even in the East have attraction. IMO there is not a clear favorite in either conference.
