Went to the softball game. It was a blast! Surprised with how many people showed up.

wait...it was a softball game not basketball? lol

There was also Jamal Crawfords program basketball game later in the day. Kobe didn't play though. Showed up, made an experience, then left from what I heard.

Blazers I read were bringing him in to help teach Lillard how to play defense. Probably couldn't ask for a better mentor.

Yup, smart move on their part

Seriously I'd be down. Webber would be a good mentor for Julius

Yep. Kobe attended the Mariners/Angels game on Saturday with Payton & Crawford, then played in Sherman's charity softball game on Sunday. He then headed over to SPU for the Seattle Pro League game, but was only there for about 45 minutes. I missed seeing him at SPU by about 20 minutes. Pretty full Northwest weekend for the Mamba.

How to settle for jumpers 101 by Chris Webber.

Malone is the guy we'd want. Similar body types, bruising type player.

GP's also coached Lin, I think GP would be a great addition to the Lakers as an assistant coach.

I'd be ok with CWebb so long as he isn't responsible for calling time outs
