This is one reason why the Spurs FO continues to lead the league.

I bet the Spurs will listen to her. I'll be cheering her on and hope Lisa Lesley is hired by the Lakers. I bet they hope for that also.

Popovich and the Spurs have always been forward thinking. This isn't new. They once hired a video coordinator to become an assistant head coach too. That former unpaid video intern later bamboozled two franchises into thinking he was NBA head coach material.

Then again, this was a chick who couldn't make the US national team and is dating Tony Parker.

She's not exceptionally hot but at least she's not super ugly. Win, the rewards are obvious. Lose, you get to rug munch? Win win scenario.

I think she's an AWESOME basketball player, and have heard enough of her commentating to say she seems to have a great basketball mind. I think she'll be a good coach. But none of that makes her "Hot". Here is what she looks like without all the primping:

Becky

While not fugly, she certainly isn't hot. She's the very definition of average looking. A bunch of makeup and hairstyling can make pretty much any women look gorgeous, much in the same way a body kit and paint job can make your Toyota Celica look nice. But just like that Celica is an average looking car, so is Becky Hammond an average looking woman. That's no knock on Becky. I personally don't find primped made up women attractive at all, so I'd be more likely to be attracted to Becky Hammond the way she looks when she first wakes up in the morning as opposed to the way she looks in any of her glam photos. I'm simply not fooled by a good makeup job though. And Becky Hammond is not "Hot". She's throroughly average, and that's quite ok...

Let me rephrase....

she is hot for a basketball player.

There aren't many hot female bball players.

Unless u are interested in Britney Griner.

Kudos to Tony Parker for marrying Axelle Francine this weekend and, according to you, keep dating Hammon.

They might love that forward thinking label so much that they sometimes strain a little too hard to live up to it.

Lawd, ya'll a mess... Becky is beautiful woman. Now beauty does not only mean looks, sometimes its the aura of the person, their confidence emitted. That is much more attractive than looks.

You may be referring to a different kind of all star weekend.

I opened this thread wondering how many posts it would take for someone to make a sexist comment. ONE POST.

I hope you all treat your wives, girlfriends, daughters, sisters, grandmothers, aunts, co-workers and friends better than demonstrated in this thread. And I would hope you'd want others to treat them better than the stereotypical nonsense spouted here. Massive fail for most men in this thread.

No idea where this dating Tony Parker rumor came from, he just got married...

You should read the disgusting threads on FB.

I'll be honest, I expected better from LG. Pretty disgraceful, and I say that as regular guy, not just as a husband and father to a 13 year old daughter. Is this the type of world I am raising my daughter to enter?

Not all guys think like this, and some are quite pleased that a woman is getting a chance to break this barrier.
