Not sure if this has been out there, but radio in Chicago just said Bulls will host Lakers on Christmas Day.

I am not sure how I feel about this matchup...

Warriors vs clippers
Lakers vs ny
Cavs vs miami
Rockets vs portland

That would be my all day lineup

You're right. I misread the tweet. Not a very intriguing matchup in my mind.

That brings up a good question..... I wonder what Lin is gonna drop on the Rockets next season when the Lakers visit the Rockets... also what kind of warm receptions the fans will give..

If it were in Los Angeles, I would like our chances. It's going to be tough to win in Chicago. Hopefully Mamba is healthy.

Last time we won a Christmas Day matchup away from home was in the mid 90's.

I voted yes anyway.

False !

We got revenge on Boston in 2009 on Christmas day.

We killed the Suns I think in 2010 Christmas day also.

Would like Knicks or Rockets but Bulls is just fine!

Hope Kobe, Lin, Randle, Boozer, Swaggy-P and the gang are ready for this challenge!

I like this matchup. Hope to see a healthy Kobe and Rose.

Lin vs Rose
Kobe vs Butler
Wes/Swaggy vs Dunleavy/McDermott
Boozer/Randle vs Pau/Taj
Hill vs. Noah

Hope our defense holds up because we all know theirs will.

Bulls won 48 games last year, now add a healthy D-Rose, Pau Gasol, Mirotic and McDermott...Bulls win total will be some where from 54-58.

I ranked Bulls right behind Cavaliers at the number 2 spot in the East!

What does he need to average this season to get that?

lol, that would be nicely poetic, but Kobe is 592 pts behind him... and Christmas day game was like only the 29th game of the season last year...
wait... was thinking, nah... but after the math... he would just need approx 20pts per game (if roughly the same number of games this season)

and coincidentally that is about what I have been thinking Kobe's average will, and should, be... about 21–23 pts per game

I would rather they just get rid of Christmas Day games, I rarely watch them.

I like the Xmas day games when the Lakers are an elite team and they're in the main match up . I also preferred the time when we had less xmas games, I don't like the whole bball marathon on xmas.
