I'm not a big fan of all his cake throwing and other distractions.

He needs to be more serious and focus on basketball

Throwing cake at his home was distraction? I guess Donald Sterling set the standard of what you can't do in your own home in the off season.

Pretty sure he said in the interview is other than going to family events/birthdays the only thing he has plans for the off season is training.

If throwing cake in your house is a distraction, then my house is distraction central. We throw cupcakes, pies, cheesecakes, hell, we even toss a cookie here and there. Not gonna lie, my place is a nuthouse.

That was a glimpse into his home. I guess having a home, family and friends is a distraction? Where should he go or live to stay focus? At a monastery?

What would you say if there was a camera in Kobe's house showing him throwing food and playing with his kids? Or, do you think he would tell his children to go eff off?

When Kobe or any athlete says they are focused on their craft 24/7, you don't have to take it so literally. LOL!

I'm not a fan of those glasses, they make him look less athletic.

Also that haircut. How does he have time to get his hair cut? He should be in the gym!

can't see the whole link. what does he say about the work outs with team mates. I wanted to get a glimpse on how they prepare for the season and how they start to build on chemistry. for this team, talent is not there, but I hope chemistry can add "wins" to make them relevant.

You do realize he and all the NBA players do have LIVES and an off-season. This off-season is critical to repairing the stresses from the last season. Also keep in mind he has a 6 hour daily training schedule, whether he is here or abroad.

As someone that has done 6 hour workouts for more than 90 days straight. I can say with experience that your ignoring the reality of the work that Jeremy Lin and other players put in during the off-season to prepare for the next season.

Not sure. Maybe he's too busy working out to release one. Though there's that Hollywood vid, but that might have been in the works for a while. Or maybe one will come out later.

He usually puts out stuff each off-season.

No cameras are not allowed during the Kobe System work outs.

This Summer isn't over yet. But he was working hard even on his birthday. Don't worry too much. This kid is well known hard worker.
