Considering I live in Seattle, that's a pretty difficult one. As the city with both the #1 rate of University degrees & #1 rate of tattooed, it's difficult to find neighborhoods without high ratios of both. So I suppose a neighborhood where 50% of the residents are tattooed with university degrees would be most ideal, with the remaining 50% being a mix, would be best, so everyone can find a comfort zone. _________________ I'm On point, On task, On message, and Off drugs. The point is the ratio doesn't matter, because there are plenty of inked people with advanced degrees and plenty of people with degrees who are the most effed up people one could want to meet.
