2. Seeing Carlos Boozer rebound now that he has players that will open things up for him with Kobe and Lin.
3. Seeing Julius Randle play.

1. See Randle play as many minutes.
2. Loose 80. Only win the two games vs the Loston Ceptics
3. See Byron succeed (don't know how if we lose 80 games... )

I am really looking forward to the season. My #1 would obviously be a healthy full strength Kobe. #2 would be the new players, particularly Lin, Randle, and Boozer. #3 would be Byron as coach....what he changes defensively, and how me manages Kobe's minutes.

Yep. I really think Boozer is going to benefit from playing with Lin and Kobe. He is going to be a good complimentary player IMO. I think generally our team has a lot of high level IQ players...great experience...and some eager young guys to prove their value. All these things = Lakers a Dark Horse finals appearance

1. Jeremy Lin making history again and setting a new standard and bar - BEYOND Linsanity, per his statements in interviews soon after presser.

2. Return of Kobe and the final years where he tightens his game up and shows the future how to ride off into the sunset.

3. Boozer's rebirth - with 5-7 more years left in the tank, he's got every opportunity to get back to all-star form and really become a part of Laker history as a player and as a leader.

I'm adding 4. Nash's Swan Song.

5. Kobe and Jeremy playing together!

I'm certainly looking forward to this season much more than I was last season. There were clear dark clouds at the beginning of the year and frankly the only consolation was the hope Kobe could come back strong and a high draft pick. Thankfully we got at least the draft pick but it was pretty brutal watching the team sink slowly.

I think this year's team will show some spunk and heart. Even if the eventual wins/losses may not be what I want them to be, I think we still enjoy the journey.

* The new comers Jeremy Lin, Carlos Boozer, Ed Davis, Julius Randle, and Jordan Clarkson, It's a nice mixture of youth and experience.

* The (hopefully) progression of some of our younger players in Xavier Henry, Wesley Johnson, Ryan Kelly, and Robert Sacre

* Hopefully the building of a culture with the Lakers. All of this switching from offense to offense is killing me. I want to see one brand of Lakers basketball.

1. Julius Randle winning ROY
2. Kobe Bryant's return to form
3. Linsanity * 10

If this comes to fruition, then the Lakers post season run will be in the cards
