I am pretty sure I could beat McGrady in a game of horse and I hit 61 miles an hour on the Petco Park Radar Gun pitch thing drunk during the Dodgers Series with no warm up so I am probably a better pitcher than he is too. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Gave me an idea. Play horse by batting the basketball into the basket. |

My arm hurt for about an hour afterward. They count on that...guys come in and challenge each other to see who can throw faster with no warm up on the questionable Padres radar gun game.
It was brutal, I am still recovering and only hit 61 on the gun. _________________ Love, Laker Lanny |

Hard to make a minor league squad at this advanced age. I believe they only kept him on the team to sell tickets. |

seriously, though.
if and when TMac is signed, those who complain and whine about it probably have no clue that to build the right team, you need a good mix of vets and young guys... that's always been the recipe to success. (see Byron Scott to a young Kobe, or Ron Harper to a young Kobe)
do you expect TMac to play like 15 years ago? no.
do you expect TMac to be a mentor to young players? yes. _________________ "Now, if life is coffee, then the jobs, money & position in society are the cups. I'd MUCH rather have T-Mac over that bum Johnson. |

Kobe, Nash, and Boozer should be enough of a veteran presence. |
