The Lakers organization's head strength and conditioning coach and nutritionist, Tim DiFrancesco, takes Jeremy to Whole Foods for a food shopping lesson.
Jeremy did say he wanted to learn how to take care of his body and recover from games, so that he can have a long career like Kobe or Nash.

If there's anyone who hasn't checked out Jeremy Lin's youtube channel. I recommend you do so.
Many good videos, some funny some serious.
There's one called Lost for Words that almost made me cry.
And another one called Jose, about a kid who gets off drugs and into basketball.
Only a few are Lakers related, so far.
But I'm sure more will be coming.
And there's one from his Houston days called "You've changed, bro" that has a cameo by Steve Nash (as his workout partner).
The guy seems like a class act.
Much the way Gasol and Artest were, and Kobe continues to be. _________________ I would rather have questions I cannot answer than answers I cannot question - Richard Feynman
SMH @ James Worthy. He asked Jeremy Lin to tell him about his country. Lmao. What??? America is his country Jimbo cmon.
And thats why Asians still get no respect. He was born and raised in this country, went to Harvard and made it in the NBA and still some people think he's a foreigner. I guess Lin is used to the ignorance by now because he skipped right over it.

I'm surprised he didn't follow it up by making a comment about how well he speaks English or something.
That was really disappointing for me to hear. Esp from Worthy, one of our own.
JLin's first day in a Laker's jersey. Jeanie Buss shows Jeremy her late father's collection of rings and trophies, and says, "Welcome home, I feel like this is where you should have been all along."

Even though it's been a year since its film festival debuts, and the original box office airing in cinemas (both domestic and overseas theaters), and it's been on Netfix, and many have already seen it, the Movie Linsanity is STILL being screened in theaters (a college theater this time).
They're doing a special screening in LA with free admission to the public on Oct.22nd, sponsored by the US-China Institue at the University of Southern California, along with a Q&A of one of the producers .
