I was in Riverside yesterday and the day before and it got up to like over 105, came back home and it was still 93. Crazy (bleep) ing heat. I dislike cold/rainy weather, but I'm hoping we get a good amount this winter.
I wonder when this heat is going to subside...I see the temps will dip to the high 80's on Friday, before it goes back to the 90's and 100's for next weekend.
There was at least one day this week last year that was hot as a bee. Dunno if it was 3-4 in a row tho. Last Summer was a helluva lot worse than this almost from July 1st on. We're just getting a week that we could've likelier had in July. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!

It wasn't as hot for a long period of time. I think it was just a weekend. This period is going for as long as 7-10 days. Looking at the 7 day forecast it looks like we are only getting temporary relief on Friday.

Good thing about the heat, it has me doing something I need to do but neglect, drink a lot of water. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

My A/C is the only thing in my house breaking a sweat, thank God.
Stopped by my sister's non-A/C place to pick up my nephew. The front door was open and when I stepped on the porch, I could feel hot air from the house drafting out like an oven.
Try and stay cool, homeys. _________________ We back.

Otoh, I could be wrong, but I don't remember a July as "mild" as the one we had. There seemed to be a lot more June gloom days than usual, too.
Octubre last year was 80s almost every day, iirc. I just hope that's not the case this year, but this weather doesn't give me hope for some crispness. Whenever I take the Sun for granted, I just try to remind myself that I don't have to shovel snow in the Winter. _________________ GOAT MAGIC REEL SEDALE TRIBUTE EDDIE DONX!

It got to 81 on Saturday but with a nice breeze. Good day for a football game and watching a few others. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023.

New rule:
If you choose to live in the San Fernando Valley, then you don't get to (bleep) and moan about how hot it is. You could be smart and move over the hill and closer to the water, but ya don't.
