Hopefully a better effort.... but preseason is just that .. sloppy ball so if the trend continues hopefully it changes once the regular season gets near. |

Lol, a little early?
I'll be at this game. No way GS shoots lights out two games in a row. |

Lin had a pretty decent game overall with 14/4/4. Hoping for more of that, as well as more of an effort defensively from the team as a whole. |

Defensively we've got to pick it up!
Coach Scott got a chance to see a lot of the new guys play in different situations last game and that is what preseason is all about.
He now was a broader view of the big picture. He can now make adjustments and moves to improve the team.
We have a ways to go as a team so let's be patient and try to enjoy the ride. |

I think this game is gonna be really Important especially for the confidence factor... if the Warriors have there way again... it's likely the trend will continue into the regular season..... if we come back and win on Sunday... that means this team knows how to respond and would be a good step forward for the regular season. |

I think better then pretty decent. He made all of his shots except missed one free throw. Also the only Laker to hit a 3. And most importantly 4 assists with 1 turnover. They need to find a way to stop Klay and Curry. Warriors are running a lot of off the ball screens. They even had a double screen off the ball to free up Curry. Only way to stop that is with team defense which I hope Lakers do a better job at. |

Warriors are ready to start the season. Kerr didn't need to experiment with any of the bench players. He even had his starters playing against our third string players. Lakers on the other hand are still trying to figure things out. Plus Lakers do have some key injured players. I think they will be fine this season and will be competing for that 8th spot |

It will be very encouraging if we can come out with a strong defensive effort in our second game against the Warriors. |

We got to take away the middle for sure. I saw too many middle drives in the last game. Then drive and kick.
Also Boozer had a good defensive game against David Lee. Boozer is not our problem on defense right now. I saw too many breakdowns from Hill (Bogut beating you off the dribble is never accepted) and some gambles by Kobe. Also Wes needs to be able to fight around picks. _________________

Unless by some miracle Nash or Lin become great perimeter defenders with great speed it doesn't matter. Great point guards are going to punish us and break down our defense in every possible way. |

Newsflash: Lin is fast and quick. He had the fastest first few steps on the Rockets per some actual test. That is not the issue. As someone said "Russell Westbrook couldn't guard Russell Westbrook". When someone gets picked its nearly impossible to fight thru the pick and defend. It is why team D is so important. Scott needs to have the team buy into and work his defensive system for any success. |

I think we see the mamba tonight.
Preseason or not he just won't lose twice in a row to the same guys, the same way. |

Pre-season wins don't matter. I'm more concerened about the effort on defense and rotations. I'm also curious to see if Scott makes any adjustments to the starting center position. Davis is clearly outplaying hill in the games right now. |

Nash starting at PG, Price off the bench...
Splash brothers must be stopped. I'm not expecting anything from Randle, hoping Davis starts. This game is winnable, it would be a huge confidence lifter. If we get blown out again that will carry-on to the regular season guaranteed.
This team still has a lot of question marks which is better than knowing you suck. |

im actually expecting a great game from randle. I was a little disappointed in him last game. I Feel like he should have his wind by now if he's really working hard. His legs haven't been under him the last two games |

Be very interesting to see who plays tonight. Does Nash have some hush hush mystery ailment? Is Lin's ankle okay? Is Kobe going to take a night off?
I find it hilarious how people talk about the actual outcome of the last game as if it had any meaning whatsoever. They ran their 1s against our 3s for an extended period of time. Our starting unit did well despite not having practiced a single minute in training camp with the starting PG. Klay was throwing rocks in the ocean. Not a big deal. I'm much more concerned about these lingering injuries not affecting the W-L when it really counts. |

Any word on whether Lin has definitely been ruled out? Or is he a game-time decision? |

Checked many sites, no word on Lin yet but ESPN is listed Lin as Day-to-day! |
