Although i'm far from being sold on B Scott coaching we're playing the brand of bball i thought we should be playing last year. Maximizing possessions, playing more from the post and elbow, i'm liking what i'm seeing, although there's still plenty of work to do.

I am also glad that the Cs picked Smart over Randle. TY!

How's Smart doing so far in the preseason? I checked the box scores for their first few games and he was shooting in kinda poorly. Looking like a bust, I hope?

He can't shoot, but his defense and passing have been decent. He's a project, and hopefully a huge bust for the Celtics.

To be fair though, Liillard had 5 TOs. That's what happens when you feel you need to take over the game.

Great game tonight. No stars for either team, but our second and third unit thrashed their second and third unit.

Lillard played for portland, other than yeah they sat aldridge and we sat Kobe.

Aldridge is arguably the best player on that team.

We had no Kobe, Hill and Young

Portlands bench will be their achilles heel. Last year they got by because they had the least injuries to their starters.

Ronnie Price was in Lillard's grill early on & it affected him.

Nice job by Price; unfortunately for us I'm sure Lillard will be looking forward to the rematch. None-the-less it was a great defensive effort by Price.

Those stats are meaningless since he gave it back to his buddy Kaman

True but Sacre scoring 10 points is great for him.

Jerermy's post game interview. Apparently, he's still catching up on energy.

That's like a normal player getting 40, 18, and 12.

This isnt the greatest team ive ever seen us floor, but im really liking the effort they are putting out. If our final roster plays with this kind of effort consistently, ill be happy with whatever happens . A ship isnt in our future for this season, but im excited for these young guys.

This was a great team win. It's obvious that the our bench is better then the starters. I'm not surprised Randle had 17/8 in only 24 minutes, I think he can put up big numbers as a rookie. He just needs to get more minutes.

Don't get me wrong man, I love me some Sacre but he is better off on our bench leading the cheerleading

I would like to see Randle try to seal his man in the post area. That should create some extra easy opportunities.

He's still learning. Wait till he has a couple of offseason to work on all this stuff.

Sacre played Kaman to a draw.

that 6 TO on jeremy lin is atrocious.

but then again, i guess it comes down to do you want a high octane, scoring offense with chance of turnover, or a stagnant offense that probably was gonna end up chucking a low percentage shot from mid range like we've been doing against warriors/jazz....

20 turnover including 6 from one player is just a chance ?

Lin as a primary playmaker has always been ridiculously turnover prone. Luckily we still have Bryant to run the offense through.
