I've said it before and I'm saying it again.

Several years back the organization unceremoniously ditched Phil and his entire crew-- along with a large number of longtime Laker staff during the lockout season. ***Even announcing they would be letting staff go DURING the playoff run***

Ever since then, the team has been "cursed".

This is what I get for bashing on my buddy all these years for being a Clips fan.

Weird. Greg Oden was injured at Staples on opening night 10/28/2008 against the Lakers. Randle was injured at Staples on opening night 10/28/2014.
Ariza had to witness it from the opposing bench on both occasions.

here's what i want to genuinely ask: if somehow a 'curse' is real, do you guys believe a spirit, entity, Gods or demons are behind it?

now let's be real here. how can we be cursed if some sort of supernatural presence isn't involved?

this team's injury luck is so bad that is has me 100% believing in a spiritual world.

I don't/didn't believe in supernatural stuff but this is getting ridiculous. It had to be Randle? No one else on the roster could've broken his leg other than the one (bleep) guy who could've really helped our franchise going forward?

We've had a rough 3 seasons.

But try being a Knicks fan.

Or being a Clippers fan the past 25 years.

Or any other NBA team that hasn't sniffed a championship let alone a Finals.

This is devastating, but this isn't the end of the world. Hopefully we find a way to get a top 5 pick, God knows we can use all the help in the world.
