Oh man there are only a few teams i want to win against and the clips are one of them. I don't have a good feeling about this. Might be another dunk fest

I think it will be a better game. Good enough for a win? We shall see

Shows what competent (not amazing) coaching combined with a winning spirit does. Plus Perry Jones looks pretty damn good. Good drafting by OKC again.

Would be great if we won against the Clips and Warriors in a back-2-back would mean we figured something out... but I doubt it... this season is over

Wow really? What a joke of a post dude.

Halftime score will be something like this:

Clippers: 147
Lakers: 22 (Kobe 11/47 0 assists 0 rebounds)

These jerk offs are going to blow us out by 30, aren't they? This is going to be abysmal.

We got his guys. Scott will make some adjustments hopefully and this will be the game we start finding cohesion and chemistry. I want to see this team play better. That's the goal. We haven't played the best we possibly can, and that's what we are trying to do.

This could get ugly. But you never know. We surprised them at the start of last year's season. If Kobe or Lin get hot, that's our one chance.

The Clippers have the most athletic frontcourt and the best PG in the league. This game won't be close, we might not win our 1st game until we play the Hawks on 11/18 and that's not a given.

Clippers haven't looked impressive during pre-season or regular season and are playing on a back to back.

That won't matter if we have another slow start though. Answers are in plain sight, we'll see if Scott took heed and if Lin is more aggressive.

We need to improve quickly on our perimeter defense. Teams have shot 42 & 50% in the first two games from behind the arc.
The team as a whole has to be more aggressive on both ends of the court.
Kobe needs to get other players involved more instead of just "Kobe watching."
Davis should start in place of Boozer; if not look for Blake to go off in the 1st quarter. Boozer could add some scoring punch to the bench.
We need Lin to get it together & pick it up offensively, he's doing okay on defense but I think Price matches up better defensively on CP3.
Ellington played well and has to continue to score. We need him to stretch the floor.
The Clippers and Jamal Crawford will be a matchup nightmare. Hopefully the team is motivated to hustle and play team ball.
As bad as we have looked it is obvious that we won't get any easy wins so we will have to grind it out and patiently hope for the best; take it one game at a time.
Rebuilding requires a lot of patience & is never fun.

GO LAKERS!!

Don't bother watching the game and enjoy your Halloween. No need to be pissed during the game watching the Clippers humiliate us.

i'm not even looking so far as POSSIBLY getting the W over the clips. that's a pipe dream at this point. i just want to see some FIGHT. some IMPROVEMENT over these first two ridiculous losses. i want to see jeremy take the bull by the horns like kobe wants him to. he better launch double digit FGAs this game. i don't care if he shoots 10% with 10 turnovers, if he doesn't turn up the aggression and start yelling at hill and booze to set picks, then he absolutely needs to just go turtling to the bench. i'm as big a JLin fan as there is and I cannot stand what I'm seeing in the Laker offense--and a lot that's on Jeremy (and a lot of it's on everyone else sucking too). Kobe is going to do his thing. The start of the 1st, 3rd quarters especially I want to see Jeremy come out with the gun set to full auto and the finger glued to the trigger.
