Too much attention is paid to flopping. What about thugs like JR Smith and Kenneth Faried that go out there and literally try to injure others? Flopping should be frowned on, but in the end it's mostly just silly and harmless. It's the violent thugs that should be thrown out of the league. _________________ Smrek 2, Nevitt 1, Barkley 0 |

The problem with flopping is it's starting to reach an epidemic level where it's deciding games (I have a suspicion that that's why Chandler wasn't tagged with a warning, when the nba admits flopping decides games, it also admits flopping is a problem, and where that leads). When it was some dude falling out of bounds in the 3rd quarter, it didn't matter, added to that, the interior game now is completely devoid of any potential because you've got centers like Chandler and Bogut (and a whole bunch of others, but they're two of the worst) hurling themselves to the ground at the slightest touch. _________________ I believe everything the media tells me except for anything for which I have direct personal knowledge, which they always get wrong |
