X is out of shape. Healthy but out of shape and getting up to NBA speed. I'd rather look at Roscoe Smith and Quincy Miller right now while X gets himself re-acclimated in the D-league.
BScott worked X a bit in practice, looks like that carried over into tonight's game. 3-13 in 36 min. Many of shots were coming up short. Hope he'll be back on the roster tomorrow night against Denver.
Jordan Clarkson 19/10 with Roscoe Smith Poster dunk
I know its just a d-league game .. but holy ish! Jordan Clarkson dropped some VERY NICE dimes.
I absolutely don't mind him going to the D-League. Playing time is when you really improve your game.
Next year, I predict Jordan Clarkson and Julius Randle will have very, very nice years.
yeah it is a d-league game, but he's probably playing against better defenses in the d-league than Mudiay is in the league he's playing in.
And he looks very promising(Clarkson) some really nice dimes and he seems to get good when he's in a rhythm. Can tell the confidence comes out in during games now.

We should move Jamario Moon up and give him a shot at the pros. Maybe Wes Johnson is better than him, I just want to get a chance to see it.. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better”

So after seeing that play in the 4th quarter I went back and watched the D-Fenders game from the start. Roscoe looked good- wouldn't mind seeing him called up. X, not so much, especially defensively, though that could be because he'd already had a heavy practice.
But more importantly, I noticed the exact same terrible defensive breakdowns as the Lakers.
Right away, I see this:
Look familiar?
And Manny Harris continues to do his Kobe on D impression with his one man zone:

Watched the latest Dfenders game against the Knicks. Roscoe looked completely lost on both ends. A bit disappointing considering that this is his time to step up. Defense from both teams was horrible.
