Hill is not a scrub, obviously he is not a top center but can be an energizer pf/c off the bench on a contending team like he was for us when Bynum was here.

HIll is a valuable player. I just wish Ed Davis could get more minutes.

Without Dwight, they miss parsons and lin badly. Oh wait, they only missed parsons tonight.

Naw, not really. Ariza, K-Pap, Terry and Cannan (no idea why he hasn't played since Beverly came back) have stepped up more than adequately. What we did miss tonight was Asik, with Howard AND Jones being out. Hopefully Howard didn't pull a Peterson or we are screwed.

Good game tonight.

Obvious sarcasm here (from me). I'm an unabashed Hill fan. he's adjusting to his new role, minutes and teammates, like a lot of the team is. Give him time. I think he can be a legit starting C/PF in this league and I think he's beginning to show that. He's still only 27 and just now getting starters minutes. Had a lot of injuries and cruised a little through his career. Let him do his work.

I personally think Hill should move to PF and he'll be fine, but let's be real, he and Boozer were playing against a couple of the worst bench bigs in the league tonight. If they didn't have decent numbers tonight, I'd be very worried.

Swaggy! yea
Would you call him Swaggy now, Lin?
Wes! nice
turning point play, I vote you the best. Would you do it again?
Kobe! same
40mins, would you take more rest next game?
Harden! lose & air ball
Half of win, because of Harden. Would you kill yourself, Houston fans?
Lin, RRcoaster
But contribute on Def end. Would you expect some sanity following?
Can not imagine how sour feel of Rocket fans?
Who cares, win is win! 3-9
Go Lakers!

I think it has to do with his jumper. The first 3 fell, nothing else did. He also got doubled on the PnR, the Rockets figured out how to play PnR defense . He also didn't establish a rhythm. Has he done well with any B2Bs in the 2nd game?

Lin is not playing well tonight, and being passive. I also tired of him keep passing the ball to Boozer when he was having an off night.

But to be fair, they put their best defender of PB on Jeremy and no surprise on opposite side's incentive and team effort to shut their old teammate's return.

Their best defender is Ariza. I think Lin did OK with PB, but couldn't break free to get enough space for a good look. His shot was weak tonight, he had no juice on it after hitting the first 3.

Its good that the Lakers can win without everyone having a great game. They wer very good at keeping the Houston guards from penetrating at all on the half court. I'm glad the Rockets made so many 3's early caue I knew the averages would even out. I've seen them do it before.

Mannnnnnn, Scott needs to implement some new rules.

He said he'd yank players if he's not seeing effort on D; he needs to strike a rule with Jeremy where if Lin doesn't show up in the aggression and shooting front, he gets sat on the bench the following game.

That'll learn the f****r.

Lakers are giving him so many chances to take charge, but noooooooooooooooooooo, Jeremy has to play like a meek f*** every other game.

what the heck were all those stop on the outside bs plays!? Legit just do what you did the night before. ffs.

Really happy about this win tho!

Nick. Effing. Young. Mother. Swaggy. Effing. P.

He isn't yanking anyone besides Ed Davis for being Ed Davis.

Not letting Davis play more minutes is the dumbest thing Scott has done this year. It literally makes no sense.

2 Game Winning Streak for the Lakers - Means diando and K0BEE 2.0 got in the wins column.
my money is on diando

I'm betting against me. I think pio2u will win just like he did by default last season. I'll probably miss most of Friday's game, it's too early on a Friday night for me. Also my Game Threads are a bit of work but I'll try to get to 12 Game Threads for this season.

I forgot to mention in all the excitement - Scott is a genius.

I couldn't stand seeing Wes get all those minutes. Made some really negative posts about him tonight. Crow tastes good with some beer to wash it down.

Seriously did you see Daryl's face tonight... Not looking good at all, gloomy... I think he is very worried about Dwight...
I cannot believe Dwight whip his kid too, he does not seem to be that strict of a guy....

Kobe had an off night and Harden was pretty quiet with some bad plays in the end. They didnt guard each other either.
