Hill is not a scrub, obviously he is not a top center but can be an energizer pf/c off the bench on a contending team like he was for us when Bynum was here. |
HIll is a valuable player. I just wish Ed Davis could get more minutes. |

Without Dwight, they miss parsons and lin badly. Oh wait, they only missed parsons tonight. |
Naw, not really. Ariza, K-Pap, Terry and Cannan (no idea why he hasn't played since Beverly came back) have stepped up more than adequately. What we did miss tonight was Asik, with Howard AND Jones being out. Hopefully Howard didn't pull a Peterson or we are screwed.

Obvious sarcasm here (from me). I'm an unabashed Hill fan. he's adjusting to his new role, minutes and teammates, like a lot of the team is. Give him time. I think he can be a legit starting C/PF in this league and I think he's beginning to show that. He's still only 27 and just now getting starters minutes. Had a lot of injuries and cruised a little through his career. Let him do his work. |
I personally think Hill should move to PF and he'll be fine, but let's be real, he and Boozer were playing against a couple of the worst bench bigs in the league tonight. If they didn't have decent numbers tonight, I'd be very worried. |

I think it has to do with his jumper. The first 3 fell, nothing else did. He also got doubled on the PnR, the Rockets figured out how to play PnR defense . He also didn't establish a rhythm. Has he done well with any B2Bs in the 2nd game? |

Its good that the Lakers can win without everyone having a great game. They wer very good at keeping the Houston guards from penetrating at all on the half court. I'm glad the Rockets made so many 3's early caue I knew the averages would even out. I've seen them do it before. |
