He was tremendous at the on both ends down the stretch tonight. IMO he and Hill won this game with their tenacity and hustle right as the game was slipping away

Me too. I've called him a no talent scrub a lot. But he stepped up and played great in the clutch. Props

actually he was largely invisible, until that 4Q moment.

but that clutch moment alone redeems his whole game.

woo!

I think Kobe is holding him back. if Kobe is not the lead player in the team, Wes would average 40ppg, easy.

Definitely bailed us out tonight. Hill was clutch too with those 3 jumpers in a row. Survived the Kobe and Boozer sabotage.

My thoughts exactly. If Wesley was the number one option, this team would be deadly instead of Chuck Kobe

But that's the thing, his defense was good all game. It's just most people here only watch offense and defense when it matters in crunch time. He played Harden great in the 1st half. He also had numerous tip rebound passes to keep possessions alive.

He misses open shots that make us get frustrated with him, but he has to be on the court. We don't have any other perimeter defender. I'm just happy he did what he did tonight down the stretch cos he's been busting his behind on defense this season.

Cmon. If Wes didn't deliver the last 40 seconds. We would have tore him a new one.

to be honest he was very bad in this game until the last minute where he made winning plays.

As long as plays decent defense on the opponent's best wing, hits an open shot once in awhile, and stays active, I've got no issues with him.
