Brady Heslip (Baylor) has been tearing up the D-League over 3 games to the tune of 33.67 pts per game in 26.3 minutes per game with an absurd PER of 36.76 shooting .581 from 3 point land. Considering our lack of depth at the 1 as well as our lack of floor spacing, could Heslip be a fit for one of our DPE slots?

The clip does not show us what he looks like on the defensive end, but as a backup PG and a spot shooter, he has at least one NBA ready skill and would prevent defense from packing the paint too much and opening up the offense. This guy probably should be on a NBA roster if for no reason other than the fact that he is a deadeye shooter.

Would he bring anything to the Lakers?
