I feel that this is a winnable game. I'm worried about their bigs, however. Amir has shredded us in the past.

Tough game. Derozan is out, but I think he's kind of overrated anyways. Raptors are clicking on all cylinders so far this season, and we are not. Very tough matchup for Lin in particular tonight against Lowry, a very strong guard.

This will be tough. If I had to bet, I'd say the Lakers will put up a fight but will lose. Hopefully I'm wrong.

We're due. I think the Lakers win this with Kobe scoring 40.

This will be a very tough game for the good guys but we really need to win it to salvage our homestand before we hit the road on Tuesday against the Detroit Pistons.
Gotta stay positive despite the odds.

We have a chance in this game without Demar DeRozan.
It will a tough game but maybe lady luck will be on our side for a change!
Let's stay in focus and generate some positive energy.

Lin dropped 31 last year on Lowry and the Raptors and has had big games against them. Lowry won't present that many problems for Lin, at least offensively, if Lin plays with confidence.

I don't see it. They are a tenacious team that play well together. They have weapons. There are match-up problems. They probably are better coached. It's not fun at all but may just be another L because the Lakers just don't have a great combination of talent and what talent is there is not exploited by Scott. And the team defense is terrible.

This is the most irrationally optimistic fanbase of a team 3-13 in the league. Not saying that Toronto can't lose, but everyone is making it out to be like it's automatic when we just lost to Minnesota at home.

No doubt the odds are heavily stacked against us but there's always hope.
That's why they play the game.

Make no mistake about it, even with DeRozan out, the Raptors are still a very dangerous team. They are a beast from the east.
Greivis Vasquez has replaced DeRozan and has filled in quite well averaging 8.7 points and 2.8 assists.
It will take a monumental effort for the Lakers to pull off the upset.

I hope the games not close with 5 minutes left, Byron's tactics are awful. If it's dump it to Kobe and ask him to to win it, we're in trouble.

We have got to get a great effort defensively; particularly with rim protection. The Raptors frontline of LA native Amir Johnson, Jonas Valanciunas, T. Ross and Patrick Patterson have been playing well all season long. Jeremy Hill, Carlos Boozer, Ed Davis and Rob Sacre will have their hands full dealing with those guys.
