It sure does. It's an indication to sales and support in the L.A. region.

My post was meant to say it has nothing to do with football returning to LA. There's a big difference between the cost and logistics of a team returning to LA and selling jerseys. |

You can cross everybody off for 2015 and beyond. Goodell won't let it happen. He hates L.A. |

Goodell in no rush for LA move because the league is making record money despite not having a team in LA, so why rock the boat. just wait until domestic violence, head injuries and other off court stuff slowly drag this enterprise down, then he'd craw and beg to stick a team in LA to give NFL a shot in the arm. |

There are pros and cons for having a professional sports team in your city. When you weigh the financial gains, taxes, jobs etc. against the environmental impact, crime, congestion etc. which out weighs the other? It's not something easily sorted. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Congestion would only be a few hours on a Sunday only 8 games a year. Its kinda like a USC home game. Downtown is a central location if they can tear down the convention center. Raider nation runs deep in Los Angeles. Raiders would thrive back in L.A. in attendance and sales more than any other franchise. |

I don't think Goodell and/or the other owners want Davis as owner of an LA team. He seems to be a renegade and Goodell would rather have a company man sharing profits/revenues and saying yes to him. Likewise with Kroenke of the Rams, he's a huge business man and probably wants to build and own his own (bleep) in LA rather than letting Goodell/AEG lease a stadium to him. All about the money. _________________ Lakers Cardinals Rams |

When the Rams moved to Los Angeles from Cleveland they became the face of football in the city.
The Raiders are a team of and for Oakland. When they were here I don't think they had quite the support the Rams had.
I think either team would be preferred over the Chargers, who got their start here in Los Angeles.
I don't think Goodell or his cronies can continue to ignore the financial gain the league would garner by having a team in such a high volume, lucrative market.
It's all about the Benjamin's. _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

2 out of 3 NFL teams say no....
I doubt the Raiders move back to LA. |

I wonder what kind of offer they'll make the Rams. Indoor or outdoor? Jerry world or Levi's? _________________ Lakers Cardinals Rams |

Cities like Buffalo and Jacksonville have a team, and Los Angeles doesn't. Someone must be trolling us bad. |

Glad to hear this.
The parking issue was raised up.
I'd suggest build the stadium compact, more vertical with 4 upper decks 360 degrees and have an 8 level parking lot attached to stadium, surrounding the stadium with a direct entrance and exit from the 10 and 110. |

This time it falls solely on Goodell. He blocked teams from coming here. |

So basically the NFL won't greenlight a team until unless they play in downtown LA. Thats probably why we never heard anything about the Industry project after it got fastracked thru environmental approvals or the Hollywood Park project that Kroenke wanted. |

No chance the 49ers are coming to LA, LOL. The Niners are the team with all the character problems now, not the Raiders.
The two teams I see having a shot at coming to LA are the Chargers and the Jaguars. Rams could come back, but I can't see St. Louis letting them go, and the Rams are not that far away from contending again. |

I didn't know the Niners were in the mix. When were they mentioned? _________________ Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Not only that but they want to control the stadium. No owner is going to put up with that. Goodell is a punk. |

Probably under the domestic abuse and rapists section. _________________ http://media.giphy.com/media/zNyBPu5hEFpu/giphy.gif

Yeah, its pretty ridiculous how many hurdles they are giving for LA just to have a chance at a team. Paul Tagliabue never gave LA that much crap, they even rewarded it with the expansion franchise back in the early 2000's, its just that the LA City Council insisted on the Coliseum being the only place an NFL team could play which killed that plan and gave Houston the franchise instead. |
