Lakers had an off game. They were not making shots they usually make.

Look at our record i wouldn't get that happy

After the Boston game, look for the losses to pile up against western conference teams.

You the one, put the dirty water on others.
Now you complain. I am also criticize Lin and plays.
Never saying "f k lin".
You think he is the only reason, then bench him.
We lose we take it. Simple as a fact.
Have to f k that way?

Props for sticking up for yourself. This forum is not known for tolerating members who are disrespectful and rude to other members.

The comment you replied to/quoted was way out of line and blatant disrespect.

I apologize for that members rude remarks.

I agree that the statement was rude and uncalled for but some of the fan base can be intolerable as well.

I missed the majority of the game, just caught the final Q. Really don't like those 4/4:30 game time.

Hats off to Kobe for giving it all in B2B games. Too bad we couldn't get him the W.

Obviously Lin had a bad shooting night (understatement), but otherwise how did he play? Was he running the offense fine and he was his defense?

Even if Lin gets his average 12 pts we'd still have lost. Was Washington really that good or did we play really that bad?

Lin played good D on Wall, just a few lapses but overall good D. He started off facilitating pretty well, had 4 assists in the first quarter. He had nothing close to any flow in any aspect from that point on but hustled and play good D.

Washington has a beautiful offense, they play well together, they made big shots every time the Lakers got close so, they played a good game. The Lakers bench played pretty well, especially Young who you'd expect but also Price, especially late in the 4th that help get the team back to striking distance. But late errors by Kobe in the 4th, bad TOs, put it out of reach. That said, Kobe had a great first half scoring efficiently but cooled off in the 2nd half.

Lakers aren't that bad. If the Lakers just out score the other team we win. This team is made for offense.

Addition by subtraction. They won't have to force feed Dwight in the post. D-Mo can play and has a much better post game than Dwight. And Beverley is just a placeholder in Houston's offense where everything goes through Harden. JET is a much better player.

Thanks for your input. Washington players have been playing with each other longer. Kobe has to be exhausted...back to back...

Just saw on twitter that Lin is not beating himself up: "The old me would kick my butt over and over again. I think I understand. I just got to get at it again. Those were good looks." Hopefully he'll come back stronger the next game.

1/3 of shots will not be made by a team. Why focus on D. Lakers has such (bleep) sets. Play like MDA.

I was just clownin', but I do disagree. Ya gotta stop folks sometimes. If we could have had some stops instead of turnovers in the stretch we may have been able to make something happen. Instead bad offense gave it completely away...

It does seem like Lin suffers from depression. I wonder if maybe he doesn't have any good friends on the Lakers? It doesn't seem like he has bonded with anyone else, like he had on the Knicks/Rockets (a la Fields/Novak/Parsons). Also, Byron "Wardaddy" Scott seems to be an AWFUL coach. Just useless. Did the Lakers have to learn this the hard way? Didn't the Nets/Hornets/Cavaliers prove this?

Kobe is way too dominant for Lin. It's like Lin doesn't have the swagger to be on this team. Lin seems to excel only when playing with other underdogs, when there is no dominant option to steal his thunder (a la Carmelo, Harden, Kobe). So when you combine an unsupportive coach with a dominant ball-keeper, a player like Lin plays poorly. When Lin is given the opportunity and support to be "the man," he comes through. But then again, most NBA players would.

Linsanity was exciting because everyone thought a new star was born. A true underdog: He was undrafted, twice cut, from Harvard, devoutly religious, unknown to almost all NBA fans, and an Asian-American point-guard. Add that to the perfect coinciding of favorable circumstances: Knicks playing awful to start a strike-shortened, no-rest-days season; Toney Douglas starting PG; D'Antoni desperate for a spark; and then Carmelo gets injured and Stoudemire has a family tragedy, and it's now Lin as the first option. In reality, he had sloppy-turnover games, and the whole Knicks team played well to carry the seven game Linsanity winning streak. But no matter Lin's errors, D'Antoni stuck with him and played him about 40 minutes a game.

Then Carmelo came back, Stoudemire came back, and immediately the losing started. Soon D'Antoni quit; Woodson wasn't as supportive; Lin then got injured, and just like that, Linsanity was forever over.

Jeremy Lin is a capable player, but all NBA players are. Problem is, in the NBA, you can't excel only when the circumstances are perfect. Lin will most likely be given a back-up PG job after this season (a la Luke Ridnour), and exist in the league, with his best case scenario playing a 2011 JJ Barea-like role. Lin won't ever be John Wall, but then again, John Wall will never have a Linsanity-like epic month in his career. No one will. And because of that, Jeremy Lin will forever be a special player in NBA history.

Ugly game for him. Price was hot 4/4. Career high of 14pts.

Lin just sucks in b2b game, historically.
i still say the team played better when price started and lin came off the bench. then magic opened his mouth about lin deserving to start. anyway at this point nothing really matters. i'm taking advice i got earlier and buying my ticket on the tank bus but not getting on yet.

Did you just ignore the rest of the season? Price is shooting 27% from the field and 17% from 3. Dude shouldn't even be on the roster, but you want him starting?

Let the retards speak. They just need one bad game from Lin and they lynch him but when he has 5 great games they still want him traded.

What do you expect from idiots?

Do we have an over/under on how long this guy stays without being banned?

John Wall only had 13pts without the 4 pt play at the very end. It was the 15 assist that got us .
