The man is doing a fabulous job on the Warriors. He took his offense from Phoenix with him and he has that Warriors team competing at such a high level with the best record in the league making rookie coach Steve Kerr look good. I think the FO should look into hiring Alvin Gentry as our new coach and just build a team around his modern philosophy, and try to hire a defensive coach as his assistant. What do you guys think? _________________ My Dream Starting 5 next Season

Ohh you mean the coach who inherited his modern coaching philosophy from mike dantoni. They same coach who was forced to resign because of fan and media pressure for not playing any defense and having a terrible record? |

Yes, let's fire Coach Scott because Gentry's history proves both his far greater ability to coach through adversity and his likelihood make to a dfference here, now - not. |

No coach can cure the ills of this roster and FO pathology. |

No, Alvin Gentry is doing a great job with the Warriors. So he likes to say okay after every sentence that doesn't make him a bad coach. He did lead the Suns to the western conference finals, I don't think D'Antoni was able to take the Suns thats far. _________________ My Dream Starting 5 next Season

Lets have a revolving door of coaches until a coaching hire coincides with new and better players so that coach can get credit for changing this team. |

I think what's happening in Golden State is less Alvin Gentry's system and more Steph Curry and Klay Thompson. |
