#FutureLaker I can dream right? But seriously though, imagine durant being able to be around kobe 24/7. In my opinion, Kobe would make him even better then he is. He can learn ALOT from a mental aspect to basketball fundamentals to further enhance his skills. |

Not sure if Durant is talking about this in the context of his impending free agency. Just overall talking about Kobe throughout his career imo. More retrospective than prospective. But hey if he wants to come great! _________________ From 2-10 to the Western Conference Finals |

first,we all know that nobody wants to play with Kobe Bryant,so this must be a travesty interview, second i just had a Skype session with Reggie Miller, and since he thinks that Wesley Johnson on his worst day is 10 times better than KD on his best day, there's no need to sign a new small forward |

Is this a slight on Westbrook? j/k. But OKC surely could use someone with Kobe's mentality on the team. |

To be honest, Melo said the exact same thing in a recent interview. Melo said he would have loved to play with Kobe. Even when a certain diva left 2 years ago he said that it wasn't about Kobe in terms of his personality.
The reason Melo and I think even KD won't come to play with Kobe isn't Kobe's style of play or type of character. It's the fact that he's the best player on a very bad team and has 1-2 years left.
If Kobe were in his prime, and we had Phil coaching, not a single one of these stars leaves or doesn't come over.
While I appreciate KD's comments, I think he'll be very very reluctant to join a team that isn't a front runner to win it all. So it'll come down to what LA can provide in that regard - Kobe or no Kobe. |

I don't think anyone is saying this is definitely proof that KD will for sure come.
It just refutes the ridiculous notion that other players or superstars don't want to play with Kobe (especially his personality). |

That's what I thought. Isn't Durant happy with Westbrook? Doesn't Westbrook work hard enough? I haven't watched OKC games in a while, but I thought Westbrook was playing better than Durant. |

Yeah and Durant pretty much already plays with that type of guy. Westbrook doesn't take days off, and he's playing out of his mind right now. But it's cool that Durant keeps supporting Kobe. |

Whether this has no bearing on whether he comes to the Lakers or not is beside the point, for me. I think KD is just speaking his mind to put a little balance on all the stuff flying around the media these days. And I applaud him for that. _________________ We back. |
