BS a stop to it, we lost... so we're venting. If you can't add to it, why try to change the conversation, like "I can't wait to get rid of these Lin fans, but I like the guy." Its getting old. Fans of Lin or not, we were talking about how we could have won this one. JLin was a factor. |
There's nothing misleading about what I wrote in response to that ONE particular poster. I was quite clear. Don't want my comment to detract from the overall conversation? Stop bringing it back up. |
OK, but everyone was commenting on the game, we had a flow going, we had momentum...then you came in with that comment that was neither here or there. It changes thing. What you trying to do...pull a Byron Scott? hehehe |

Who shot them for Miami? not Bosh so much. Chalmers. Chalmers did damage by penetrating and finishing. The guy that can penetrate and finish for the Lakers was on the bench. |
I agree. But take that up with Byron. I'm just working with the lineup that was put out there.
Ultimately, Byron killed our momentum when he subbed out Lin for Price. |
We're on the same page here. It's just, although Kobe made 2 late 3s, he just could not get that shooting rhythm going to make more. So, he needed help. I think Kelly was on the floor, maybe he should have shot some. |

In practice yesterday:
Scott: "Ok. So here's another play you all need to get through your think skulls. In this one we swing the ball to the left, then up top, and then back to Kobe for an ISO."
Lin: "Is that really efficient? So far we've practiced 15 different plays that all end in a Kobe ISO."
Scott: "He's our best player? You think you're better? Bring it hero. You think you're the head of the snake?"
Lin: "No. That's not what I..."
Scott: "You just lost 10 minutes. Wanna keep talking?"
Lin: ...
Scott: "Anyone else? Any other heroes? Anyone else want to not play?"
Ellington: "Well, no disrespect... but we've..."
Scott: "Minus 10 minutes"

Come on, dude, you didn't even watch the game and made some nonconstructive comment in the game thread that are not related to the game. If you had watched the game you would be scratching your head about Lin's minutes too. |
