Okay folks,

We have 5 teams currently - you may still have your chance before Game 42 starts for Lakers.

We will be tracking the scores from Game 42 to Game 46 (from the players selected for your roster - i.e. if they are playing for a different team I will be using the same Game # for that team to compute).

As the quirkiness of the NBA schedule goes, some of you have opted for GSW players - they will complete their Game 46 only on 4 Feb.

Our complete 5 games computation will be up hopefully by next day - but in the mean time if I can find useful information I will post interim ranking tables of the 5 team roster proposed (in comparison to current Laker roster).

Update - we are just waiting for GSW to complete its game 42 - to finish the 1st game computation.

Preliminarily - all the 5 team roster out-performed the current Laker's roster. We will find out who takes the early lead come Monday (or maybe Sunday if I can squeeze in sometime).

Okay for Game 46 - the roster rankings are as follows:

(3) GetAtMe - 135 (67M)
(4) 44TheLogo - 135 (69M)

Wow for the first time - one of our alternate roster actually ranked lower than the current Lakers! So MJST - you might want to reconsider your roster - it didn't seem to outperform the current team (especially in G46).

Conclusion - with the exception of MJST - the rest of our rosters did significantly better than the current Lakers' roster. Please take this with a huge dose of salt as we are only doing academic exercise - changing rosters in the real world will have other impact (the chief of which is the way each player would interact with each other - and that could have an impact on the scoring).

Thanks to all that had participated - my only take away is our current roster isn't good and that most of the recommended changes is likely to have a positive impact on the team - just hope that our Front Office can tweak it better come the trade deadline.....
