Seems like she wanted to eat at the Hibachi restaurant or something and the manager there said they are only admitting reservations because they're so backed up. She insists they were doing it wrong because they should have some seats for walk-ins so people like her can eat. The manager politely tried to explain to her but she didn't want any of it and turned on the ignition to the sass machine, accusing him of sexual harassment because he raised his hands in her direction. She then ended with sarcastically thanking him and wishing well in his career after making idle threats to go complain to someone above him.
