Success has spoiled you. We won within 5 years. Less than 10 percent of the teams in the league can say that. Heck, half the teams in the league have never won a ring in their franchise's existence. |

Look Lin made good decisions but there was such poor spacing it was difficult for anyone to drive. Lakers offense is all jump shots with a few passes low. They kept running curls and rubs but the shots you get are long jump shots. If the defense was better the offense was good enough to win. They made jumpers. Just can't turn the ball over and give up 64pts in second half. |

I liked Lin this game. He showed he can run the offense and played good D. he didn't panic or look TO prone. He had a few TOs, but they weren't bad ones. Only problem was the fouls, but I thought the refs squeezed him on some of them. |

Young needs to chill. Yea he makes some great shots and got the team within striking distance and then he starts

His shots in the fourth were good. He's a sniper. But his behaviour after several successes shows his inexperience. In high school basketball, we call it choking. '
Don't blame the defender, don't blame the ref, just concentrate and keep sticking it to 'em.
And obviously, the coach doesn't have Nick run plays where he PASSES the ball.
The kids got talent and swag - could do better under a different coach. |

| Lin played a good game. If it wasn't for the refs hating on Lin, he would've scored 20+ points easily. Lin looked very poised on offense and knew where the hot hand was. I'm convinced that Lin is our best PG. He played great D on Bledsoe, IT, and Dragic to the point that all three of them had to use a lot of screens to shake Lin off. Lin is going to be a future star in this league so I'm happy that he is improving on his decision making. |

The team looked half-assed in general.
I saw there was some pretend movement out there. But guys weren't committing. They would kind of go somewhere and then not follow through.
There were often opportunities where you could see the chance for as many as 3 picks being run in a possession... but no real picks were set. Just getting somewhere in the vicinity and then backing off.
It's like running lines and then getting about a foot away from the line and starting to run back thinking, "close enough." |

I agree but the coach and team need to be on the same page. It does no, or negative good to just tell the team to be more aggressive unless there is a plan. It does NO good to just attack the basket if team mates aren't setting up picks, or clearing out a driving lane. Lin is shooting around 37 percent from the arc. What's the point of him taking 5 more from the arc if it takes the ball out of the hands of others and the rest of the team then gets cold and out of sync We see this with Kobe ALL the time. |

I think he is trying to be a PG, facilitating, getting the rest of the team into a flow. With the short minutes for a while and playing with Kobe he HAS to take a back seat per BS. |

Nobody gets the calls all the time but I often see Lin get slammed, often to the ground and NOTHING. Then I watch a Rocket game and Harden throwns his arms into the defender and gets foul shots. Its crazy man. |
