I always felt Mayweather would win with his defense and counter punches. Negotiations aside I never really felt the fight favored Manny and I still feel the same way. I guess we will finally see it and know for sure. |

Its probably the best fight out there but it would have been better 2 years ago when pacquiao was undefeated. I expect mayweather to win this. |

My bad, did he already have losses?
It just seems a bit past their prime and the hype is not as great. |

Manny lost early in his career, then lost a couple times more. Won't count his Bradley loss. |

I agree but you gotta count all his Marquez losses. |

Fixed.
I still can't wait to watch this fight, even though it isn't going to be nearly what it could have been in 2009. |

I think Manny went 1-2-1 vs Marquez. What stands out is his wins vs Marquez were debatable. His loss was no question. |

Floyd will probably get two. I know there's gotta be a rematch clause in the contracts. |

Yeah, if it isn't decisive they can probably get 2 or 3 fights out of this... |

WOOOO-HOOOO! Finally! Floyd quit running and got shamed into risking his rep vs Pacquiao. May 2! Floyd Mayweather gets his butt kicked.
The only time I agree with this idiot |

Not a huge boxing fan but a casual one. Is it fair to say that both guys are past their peak?
Most things I have say Manny is way past his prime and Mayweather's probably ended about 2 years ago. Is this true for the most part? |

Very excited about this fight. It'll go all 12 rounds but I'll take Money May. _________________ "Every hurt is a lesson, and every lesson makes you better” |

Yeah but Floyd is like Kobe in that he is so fundamentally sound, he can deal with his athletic ability fading and still dominate in other ways. Although Floyd is still pretty damn athletic/fast.
I don't think Manny has a chance. Even 5 years ago Manny would still have a hard time winning this fight based on Floyd's skill, speed and style. |

to be honest, aside from 1-2 rounds, in the past 3-4 fights floyd has been pretty aggressive. People still give em that "running" rep, im not saying he wont be defensive vs manny, but he hasnt gotten enough credit for bringing the fight to his opponent in the past few matches. |

It pains me to say this, but Mayweather will likely win this one. He knows this now too. A few years ago he might have gone down in this match up. He just waited for the right time. I can't stand that little puss. |

Agree 100%. Canelo and the fight before that, he was giving us a show. |

past their peaks but still very good at what they do ......... the funny thing is they both have fought younger stronger fighters while being out of their primes and still put hands on people ...... |
