Just some young guys in a lost season enjoying a rare win, against a hated rival. I shudder to think what some would make of magic jumping in Kareem's arms after his first regular season win.

This

That's the 411 on that!!!!!!

difference is, when magic was celebrating, it was what, game 1 of the regular season?

did magic ever celebrate like nick young did during a horrible year?

THAT'S the comparison you need to make. Not Game 1 of the regular season, or that army comparison you made earlier.

You're comparing 2 different things. A young player celebrating before the season even really began, vs young players celebrating after a meaningless win, given that we're bottom dwellers this year.

that's like winning in week 1 in an overtime game in the NFL, and then seeing the players celebrate. well, they ARE 1-0.

versus celebrating after a week 12 game overtime win that brings their record to 1-10.

big difference there. not the same thing.

IMO many of you need to make the distinction between celebrating a win and acting like an idiot.

The behavior that started this discussion was immature, unprofessional and clownish. Not the same as enjoying a hard fought win or dropping confetti.

After the Utah win Clarkson gave an interview and acted like a man. Way to go youngster.

Remember back when the Clippers were a bunch of untalented hotdogs led by a directionless front office?

He's a keeper. Can't wait to see an improved Clarkson next season. He has high upside.

I don't understand how any credit can be given to Clarkson. All he did was an interview. He wasn't video bombed.
