Damn not again. I feel so bad for him. People gave him crap for sitting out games but it definitely looks like he needs to. Maybe limit his minutes as well.

So (bleep) ing unfortunate. You couldn't have worse luck. I feel really bad for him.

On a side note, I guess Lebron's getting another easy path to the finals then.

Damn ... between Jay Williams and Rose, the Bulls seem to have had a hard time keeping #1 pick PGs healthy over the past decade ...

Retire. Your health is more important than the game.

Eh, MWP came back from meniscus surgery in two weeks. I guess it depends on the nature of the surgery.

MWP plays grounded to the floor. Rose never adjusted his game. I'm surprise he lasted this long. Is anyone really surprise by this news?

No, not surprised at all. About two years ago, I predicted that Rose would become the first NBA MVP not to make the Basketball Hall of Fame. I'm sticking with that prediction.

First three picks of the '08 NBA Draft ... Rose, Beasley and Mayo ... ouch. Think the Bulls, Heat or Wolves might like another crack at RW?

It does depend last time Rose had that option but chose to fully repair it instead of the quicker fix and missed the rest of the season. Might be the same scenario this time, but we will see. He chose the safe route last time and this still happened to him in the same knee.

Guess Jimmy Butler is staying in Chicago.
I wouldn't be surprised if he decides to call it a day. He already made lots of money, no need to abuse his body any further.

Yup, that mf has been nothing but lucky in having his competition get injured or old.

His narrative driven MVP was only outdone by AI's.

The 2nd and 3rd will be Kevin Durant and Stephan Curry/James Harden (if they win it this year).

Durant? He is on the cusp of already deserving to be in. And will be a lock by the time his career is over. He has won the scoring title 5 out of his 7 seasons.

Cleveland looked like they were going to go way ahead of Chicago in the standings anyway. Some disagree but I was never sold on the Bulls. They never played that well this season and I think they were at least a little disappointing.

I still think it depends on Atlanta. I want to see how the Hawks finish up the season. Their recent struggles don't worry me too much because they were so hot before and I would have been shocked if they kept that up. I just want to see them get it going again.

No chance Durant doens't get in. His resume even as it stands is already better than the majority of the HoF. On a purely on court basis, he'd probably annihilate those same guys.
