That's because he isn't getting tight D 0n him. Let's see what happens when teams D him up. | Yes, because teams are gearing their defense on our superstars like Sacre and Ryan Kelly , freeing Clarkson up to do his thing . _________________ Ringo "You retired too?"

The truth is that he isn't considered a threat and most teams want him to shoot the jumper. He made them pay last game. The good news is that if they DO collapse on him, that opens a door for some good dishes inside. |

Clarkson has not yet arrived on that body of work. And when he does he still have to arrive in the playoffs at both ends, a test that won't come for quite a while. |

Clarkson looks like the real deal. I think we have our starting PG of the next decade with this kid. |

Well... Clarkson did good again. If he'd played the back half of the 4th he'd probably have scored in the 20s again. |

Clarkson is the one bright spot. Love his attitude/demeanor when he talked about going against Westbrook. |

5:1 assist to turnover ration tonight. It is rare to see a young player with such composure with the ball in his hands. _________________ RIP mom. 11-21-1933 to 6-14-2023. |

He was on pace for career highs across the board until he didn't play in the 4th.
I'm not a fan of that rotation move. _________________ You are either in or on your way to the NBA Finals. |

He's outplayed the other guys head to head, you see the improvement, you see the work ethic, the intensity the kid plays with. _________________ Ringo "You retired too?"

I'd pick him above all of the top 2013 PGs too, like MCW, Trey Burke, McCollum, and Shrooder. |

Scott's decision to not play Clarkson in the 4th when he was having another good game up to that point is ludicrous. The fact that he did it in favor of the craptastic Lin, who won't even sniff the purple and gold again after this season, in order to pursue another meaningless win is borderline criminal. |

Say hello to my little friend: Byron Scott. The stunted menace. You can throw any logic right out of the window when talking about this one. |

Scott went with the unit that was on a roll and the hot hand.
Something he didn't do earlier in the season which ruined momentum. So he decided to stick with Lin and Ellington for as long as it worked, and it worked for the entire 4th quarter and we won. |
